After July 20, 1999 (when the persecution of Falun Gong began), I believed in the fabrications the Chinese Communist Party made against Falun Gong and I developed a deep misunderstanding of Falun Gong. I didn't know why my wife would persist in practicing Falun Gong. My wife had been persecuted on numerous occasions because of her belief, and I was pressured as a result. Therefore, I thought all these were due to Falun Gong. I destroyed the Falun Gong founder's portraits, books, video lectures and music tapes my wife had. Now that I have understood the truth, I came to realize that Falun Gong only brings benefits to people. I hereby solemnly declare that all I said, wrote and did that was disrespectful to Dafa, null and void. I will make up for the loss I caused to Dafa. I will support Dafa and tell people Dafa is good.

I am a police officer. Deep inside, I have never been opposed to Dafa and I also know Dafa practitioners are all good people. However, pressured by my supervisor, I had to arrest one practitioner. Now I feel very regretful. I promise from now on I will never do anything like this. I hereby declare all I said and did before that was disrespectful to Dafa is void. I believe Falun Dafa is good and I will tell people about this.

Deceived by the Chinese Communist Party, I did something bad to Dafa and its founder. Now I know the Tiananmen Self-immolation was staged to incite hatred for Falun Gong.
