(Clearwisdom.net) While studying the Fa recently, I further enlightened to the principle of loss and gain. When we cultivate within the Fa, the more we eliminate, the more we will be able to gain. The more we don't let go of, the less we will be able to gain. Why do I understand it like that?

Master has given us the Fa, which includes the principles of the universe, namely, "Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance," the understanding of the universe and life, and a whole set of cultivation mechanisms which follow the principles of the universe and include both gong and the Fa. How can we truly obtain the Fa? During cultivation, we can improve our xinxing only when we get eliminate our human attachments. When our xinxing improves, our cultivation levels will improve, we will be able to enlighten to Dafa principles on higher levels, and our gong can reach higher levels. Namely, we can obtain more concerning both gong and the Fa only when we eliminate our attachments and improve our xinxing. Therefore, the more we eliminate, the more we will be able to gain. On the contrary, if we do not let go of our attachments, and do not improve our xinxing, we cannot enlighten to the principles of Dafa on higher levels, and our gong cannot reach a broader and deeper dimension. We can only obtain a very limited and small part of the immense Dafa that Master has passed on to us. Therefore, the more attachments that we fail to let go, the less we will be able to improve.

Master has said, "To tell you the truth, the entire cultivation process for a practitioner is one of constantly giving up human attachments." (Lecture One, Zhuan Falun)

This seems to be a very simple sentence, but it actually contains many profound meanings.

The above is just my limited understanding for your reference.
