(Clearwisdom.net) Editors' note: In both Western and Chinese cultures, the principle of karmic retribution, that is, being held ultimately accountable for one's own actions, is widely accepted. The fundamental teaching of Falun Gong is the characteristic of the universe, "Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance." The universe will reward acts that are in harmony with this principle, while doing things such as beating, torturing and murdering people will incur karmic retribution. Stated another way, good deeds will be rewarded with good, while evildoings will meet due retribution. Articles such as this one are meant as a compassionate reminder of this principle to those who would commit wrongdoing. While many of those who persecute Falun Gong are merely "following orders," the universal law requires that they, too, be held responsible for their actions, and that only by reversing their course of wrongdoing may they escape retribution.

For the past few years, the statistics on employees of China's public security and state security system dying in the line of duty and in accidents has increased sharply. Some healthy, young public security officers died suddenly of strange diseases; others died in a car or in strange accidents; some died of terminal illnesses; some have become disabled due to accidents; while still others have had tragic mishaps occur in their families. Meanwhile, the Chinese Communist government tries to keep a lid on any information about their deaths and mishaps. Nearly all them actively participated in the Chinese Communist Party's (CCP) suppression of Falun Gong, leading one to conclude that they might have brought the misfortune upon themselves by forsaking their humanity to pursue fame and self-interest by assisting the CCP in its suppression of Falun Gong.

Lu Guang, male, a predecessor of Yu Hongjun, works in Huanan County Public Security Bureau (PSB). Lu is in charge of the suppression of Falun Gong in the county. He was very hard at work and laughed at the talk of karmic retribution. He now has necrosis of the liver and is in agony. He has spent a fortune on medical expenses. He carried out the CCP policy of persecution, and he is now a victim of the CCP.

Sun Jifang, in her 50s, was the Chairwoman of the Legal Division of Huanan Forestry Bureau in Heilongjiang Province. She actively participated in the arrests of Falun Gong practitioners and sent them to forced labor camps. If a labor camp refused to accept a practitioner, she would use her political connections to transfer practitioners to the infamous Wanjia Forced Labor Camp in Harbin. If Wanjia Forced Labor Camp refused, she would use bribes to transfer them to Jiamusi City Forced Labor Camp. In 2007 Sun Jifang was diagnosed with and died of a brain disease.

Zhao Guochen, in his 50s, was a police officer with the State Security Department of Huanan Forestry Bureau in Heilongjiang Province. At the beginning of the suppression of Falun Gong, Zhao sent practitioners to a force brainwashing center. One day while he was reading an article slandering Falun Gong, he suddenly lost feeling in his arms. Afterwards, his health deteriorated day by day. However, he didn't learn from this lesson. He and his colleagues continued to harass practitioners in their homes. He then suffered a stroke and became bedridden. Zhao died shortly after the stroke.

Zhang Jie, in his 50s, was a prison guard at the Huanan Forestry Bureau's detention center in Heilongjiang Province. Zhang repeatedly beat and tortured imprisoned practitioners and committed a litany of crimes against them. Nevertheless, practitioners repeatedly clarified the truth about Falun Gong to him out of compassion. Yet he obstinately continued his wrongdoings. Shortly afterwards, he was asked to change a work shift because a colleague had to prepare for a job training assessment examination. He felt suddenly ill on his shift, but he waited until after work to go see a doctor. A few days later Zhang coughed up blood in the Forestry Bureau's hospital and died.

Guo Junlin, in his 50s, is Chairman of the State Security Department of Huanan Forestry Bureau in Heilongjiang Province. A practitioner tried to clarify the truth about Falun Gong to Guo, but he refused to listen. He repeatedly participated in the arrests of practitioners. According to Guo, he felt ill in the afternoon after arresting practitioners in the morning. One day while he was arresting a practitioner, he developed such a painful headache that he collapsed on his desk. When Guo returned home that night, he suffered severe pain in his heart He took six over-the-counter heart medications, but nothing helped.

Yen Lifen, in her 50s, was the Vice Principal of Huanan County No. 4 Elementary School in Heilongjiang Province. Deceived by the CCP's hate propaganda against Falun Gong, Yen refused to learn the truth about Falun Gong. When she saw any truth-clarification information, she would tear it up. Several times when she saw truth-clarification materials posted in high places at the railway station during her commute, she would find something or jump to reach them. Railway employees laughed at her. "She has nothing better to do," they mocked. Yen didn't regret or reflect upon her wrongdoings. Instead, she proudly boasted at work about what she at done. Later, she entered a vegetative state, was bedridden for many years and eventually died.

Dear fellow Chinese people, life is precious. Falun Gong practitioners do not want to see anyone suffer karmic retribution. We don't have the heart to see anyone be a victim of the CCP. As sad as we are while compiling these true incidents, many more individuals continue to be tools of the CCP in its suppression of Falun Gong. By compiling these stories, we hope that these people will learn from these lessons. We hope that those who participate in the suppression of Falun Gong will know the dangerous situation they have placed themselves in. Please stop committing crimes against Falun Gong. Reflect upon and repent for your crimes. Please begin to treat Falun Gong and its practitioners with kindness and make up for your mistakes for the sake of your own future.
