The Importance of Sending Forth Righteous Thoughts to Clear Our Own Dimensions

(Clearwisdom.net) I was in a poor state during the recent week, feeling sleepy when studying the Fa. I tried very hard to overcome it but failed. Then I became sleepy when doing the exercises, even falling asleep when doing "Buddha Stretching a Thousand Arms." Even when I didn't feel drowsy while sending forth righteous thoughts, the effect was not good and I felt as though I had not send out my energy. I knew that I was being interfered with and searched inside to find the problem. I kept searching inside for several days but failed to grasp the main point. The picture didn't change greatly.

Yesterday, I read an article entitled, "Fellow Practitioners, Please Pay Attention to Sending Forth Righteous Thoughts to Clear Our Own Dimension" on the Minghui website (Chinese version of Clearwisdom.net). I immediately sent out a thought, "Clear away any evil lives and factors in my own dimension." Once I sent out this thought, I felt that some space in my dimension was cleared. I realized that as I relaxed myself and provided a living space for the evil, there were many evil factors in my own dimension.

I kept on sending out righteous thoughts for more than twenty minutes and found that my dimension became much more clear. Then I sent out righteous thoughts for several hours on and off. Each time I did that, I felt that something was cleared away and my mind became more and more clear.

During the evening group Fa study, my mind was very clear and I no longer felt drowsy. This morning, I was in a good state and no longer had the feeling that I couldn't send out my energy.

I really appreciate fellow practitioners reminding me to do this, and I hope those practitioners who have the same problem will pay attention to clearing their own dimensions. You will then get good results.
