New York: Practitioners Spread the Goodness of Falun Gong at Long Island Street Fair (Photo)

(Clearwisdom.net) On June 15, 2008, Falun Dafa practitioners from Long Island, New York participated in one of the largest events on the island, the Kings Park Street Fair. More than 15,000 people took part in this year's street fair and according to the practitioners, this year's event had the largest crowd.

Practitioners continuously handed out introductory flyer's and introduced the Falun Gong exercises to people who showed interest. Some passersby shouted to the practitioners, "Falun Dafa is Good!" Many people learned to practice the exercises on the spot, and inquired about where the practice sites were located.

Kings Park's local television station interviewed practitioners, so practitioners introduced what Falun Dafa is, and the dissemination of Falun Dafa around the world. They also gave viewers detailed information about the local practice sites on Long Island.

Many people also asked the practitioners about the persecution of Falun Gong. The practitioners helped people understand the Chinese Communist regime's evil nature by pointing out the crimes that the CCP has committed during the current earthquake in Sichuan Province. Many people learned about the facts at this year's street fair.
