As the CCP Increases Olympic Security, Practitioners Should Have Strong Righteous Thoughts and Keep Safety in Mind

(Clearwisdom.net) Recently, although most people in Sichuan Province are struggling to survive because of the massive earthquake, local government officials that are too busy preparing for the Olympics' overwhelming security problem and learning security documents are in no mood to look after suffering quake victims. What they are doing is organizing government office workers, town security agents and villagers to monitor Falun Gong practitioners, religious groups, and other dissidents, compiling a computerized black list, collecting workers' identity card numbers. In view of all this, I deeply feel that the way the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) is acting is so strange that it seems like a grave calamity is on its way.

The issue of Olympic security is the CCP's highest priority and must be addressed, causing officials at different levels extreme anxiety, pressuring mainland Chinese for complete compliance at all costs. As far as the CCP is concerned, anyone is potentially a "dangerous person." During the Olympics, a spokesperson for each department or office will answer questions from foreign media and do interviews, and no one else is allowed to talk to foreign reporters or to get in touch with them.

This is laying bare the weakness, emptiness, and paranoia of the CCP. Although there's no mention of Olympic security in the local media, from our understanding of the nature of the CCP and its usual practices, the whole nation is most likely anxious. Accordingly, the CCP's "project of prestige," along with benefits for their own, would naturally be far more important than the human rights of Falun Gong or the livelihood of quake victims.

The great force of Fa-rectification has progressed to this day. As Dafa disciples we should study the Fa more in order to sustain our righteous thoughts, walk steadily on the path of Fa-rectification, and send forth righteous thoughts more frequently in order to disintegrate evil elements, making their plot to interfere with Dafa and Dafa practitioners absolutely impossible. While "clarifying truth" and saving people, pay attention to own security, not giving the evil any chance to take advantage of us, and safeguard Fa-rectification as a whole from loss or interference. Let us do everything we should with wisdom and do it rationally.
