Labor Camp Mr. Xie Liangchao of the Weihe Power Plant, Xianyang City, was transferred
from the Drug Rehabilitation Center of the Weichang Sub-bureau to brigade No. 1
of the Zaozihe Forced Labor Camp, Fengxiang, Baoji, Shanxi Province, on June 3.
Mr. Xie is skin and bones from the torture. 2. [Pingshan County, Hebei Province] Mr. Li Binggang Arrested On the morning of June 6, staff from the Pingshan County 610
Office and the public security bureau broke into the home of Mr. Li
Binggang, located in the Donghongzidian Village, Guyue Town. They confiscated a
notebook computer, printer, truth-clarification materials about the persecution
of Falun Gong, and so on. They arrested him and detained him at the Pingshan

Shuyun Arrested On May 14, police from the Jiangmifeng Town Police Station arrested Ms. Wang
Yongting of Huangjin Village, Jiangmifeng Town, Longtan District, Jilin City.
Around May 20, police of Jiangmifeng Town Police Station again arrested Ms. Li
Xiuhua and Ms. Ma Shuyun. 4. [Changtu County, Liaoning Province] Ms. Li Yongxin and Ms. Zhao Cuizhi
Sentenced to Forced Labor Ms. Li Yongxin and Ms. Zhao Cuizhi were sent to Masanjia Forced Labor Camp on
May 19, 2008. 5. [Liaozhong County, Liaoning Province] Details of Ms. Ping Dianying and Ms.
Liu Xiaoying's Arrests About 3:30 p.m. on June 4, Ms. Liu Xiaoying was reported when she was handing
out truth-clarification materials about the persecution of Falun Gong. Police
from the Dongjie Police Station arrested her. Ms. Ping Dianying, 69 years old,
had her home ransacked. Falun Dafa books and materials and cassettes were
confiscated. She was taken to Shenyang No. 1 Detention Center. Ms. Liu Xiaoying
was also detained. 6. [Shenyang City, Liaoning Province] Mr. Li Guanghao Arrested About 10 a.m. on June 6, police from the Shenyang City National Protection
Brigade arrested Mr. Li Guanghao who was working in the Zhangshi Development
Area. He was taken to the Tiexi District Detention Center in the afternoon. 7. [Hegang City, Heilongjiang Province] Mr. Zeng Qinghe and Ms. Tang Guirong
Arrested Mr. Zeng Qinghe and his wife Ms. Tang Guirong were arrested on June 4. 8. [Fushun City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Liang Yulan and Other Practitioners
Arrested Ms. Liang Yulan, Ms. Liang Yuzhi, and Ms. Cheng Min were arrested in the
afternoon of May 24. 9. [Beipiao City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Hu Guohong Arrested In the afternoon of May 28, police from the Chengguan Police Station at
Beipiao City arrested Ms. Hu Guohong at her workplace, and her home was
ransacked. She is detained at the Beipiao City Detention Center for
administrative detention. Bai Guangwu, manager of Chengguan Police Station, Beipiao City: 10. [Fujin City, Heilongjiang Province] Mr. Yuan Shoujiang's Home Ransacked
and Personal Items Taken Away At 11 a.m. on June 7, officers with the Shangjieji Village Police Station,
Fujin City Public Security Bureau, broke into Yuan Shoujiang's home and
confiscated Falun Dafa books and other personal items. Shortly after, they broke
into the home of practitioner Ms. Li Yaqin and confiscated Falun Dafa books and
VCDs. 11. [Suihua City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Liu Zongmin Arrested Ms. Liu Zongmin was arrested on June 6. 12. [Wafangdian City, Liaoning Province] Mr. Li Guanghe Arrested Mr. Li Guanghe was arrested and sentenced to two years of forced labor, to be
served at the Dalian Forced Labor Camp. 13. [Anshan City, Liaoning Province] Mr. Li Guangxun Arrested Mr. Li Guangxun was arrested and taken to Yueming Mountain on June 2. 14. [Liaoning Province] Mr. Liu Yonghui and Mr. Zhou Mingheng Arrested At 7 p.m. on June 6, Mr. Liu Yonghui, Mr. Zhou Mingheng, and another
practitioner were reported when they were doing the exercises in the Huludao
Shipyard Employee Residence. Staff from the Huludao Boarder Defense Gate House
arrested them. 15. [Shenyang, Liaoning Province] Ms. Wang Fengying Arrested On May 24, when practitioner Ms. Wang Fengying went to the home of Mr. Wang
Chaodong, police who lay in wait there arrested her. Her whereabouts are
unknown. Shenyang practitioner Mr. Jia Qingshu was arrested and taken to the Dongling
District Detention Center. 16. [Jilin City, Jilin Province] Ms. Hui Xiying Arrested Jilin City practitioner Ms. Hui Xiying is 59 years old. On the night of April
24, police from the Xinhua Police Station monitored her conversation by phone
and then arrested her. 17. [Benxi City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Xu Xiaoyan Arrested After 6 p.m. on May 29, Benxi practitioner Ms. Xu Xiaoyan was arrested in
Zhuanshan. The police brutally beat her. Her home was ransacked and a computer,
printer, and Falun Dafa books were confiscated. 18. [Shanghai City] Mr. Xu Jianxin Arrested Mr. Xu Jianxin was arrested and taken to Qingpu Brainwashing Center 19. [Laizhou City, Shandong Province] Ms. Zhai E Arrested At 5 p.m. on June 4, 2008, six to seven plainclothes policemen from the
Laizhou City Domestic Security Division pushed the husband of practitioner Ms.
Zhai E to the ground, confiscated his keys, broke into his home to arrest Zhai
E, and confiscated Falun Dafa books. 20. [Laizhou City, Shandong Province] Additional Details about the Arrest of
Mr. Dong At 2: 30 p.m. on May 26, policemen from the Nanguan, Laizhou City and Laizhou
City National Protection Brigade arrested practitioner Mr. Dong at his shop. He
is detained at the Dianzi Brainwashing Center, Laizhou City. Police confiscated
DVDs of the Nine Commentaries, Falun Dafa books and other
Falun Dafa materials. 21. [Shen County, Shandong Province] Mr. Sun Jingbao and Mr. Wang Tongtai
Arrested On the night of June 6, 2008, Wang Jun, head of the Meizhong Village Police
Station of Shen County, arrested Mr. Sun Jingbao and Mr. Wang Tongtai of
Wuzhuang Village. They are detained at the Shen County Detention Center. Shen County Detention Center: 86-635- 7382618 22. [Qingyun County, Shandong Province] Two Practitioners Arrested Teacher Mr. Yu Guozhu, 51, and retired teacher Mr. Huang Pingshun, 54, were
arrested by agents from the county "610 Office" on June 4. 23. [Wudi County, Shandong Province] Mr. Huang Shaorong Arrested At 12:30 noon on June 4, 2008, Wudi County Public Security Bureau of Binzhou
City and Tianjin Dongli District policemen arrested practitioner Mr. Huang
Shaorong of Fengzhen Township, Wudi County. 24. [Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province] Ms. Gao Junmei and Others Arrested On the morning of June 6, staff from the Shijiazhuang 610 Office, the Qiaoxi
District Public Security Sub-bureau, and Daguo Village Police Station conspired
with staff from the Daguo Village security to break into practitioners' homes in
Daguo Village. They arrested Ms. Gao Junmei, over 50 years old, Ms. Li Fenlan,
over 60 years old, and a practitioner with the surname Gao. 25. [Bazhou City, Hebei Province] Mr. Meng Mingsheng of Huabei Petroleum No.
2 Oil Extraction Factory Arrested On May 16, 2008, police from the Jizhong Police Station and Baxi Sub-bureau
arrested practitioner Mr. Meng Mingsheng of the Huabei Petroleum No. 2 Oil
Extraction Factory in Bazhou City at his workplace. 26. [Zhuolu County, Hebei Province] Mr. Li He Arrested On the morning of June 7, 2008, policemen from the Dongxiaozhuang Township
Police Station in Zhuolu County used the excuse of "safeguarding the
Olympics" to arrest Mr. Li He. They broke into his home, confiscated all
Falun Dafa materials and a notebook computer and then took him to the township
police station. Li Qingyi, chief of the Xiaotaifu Village Dongxiaozhuang Township, Zhuolu 27. [Nanjing, Jiangsu Province] Ms. Wu Huiming Arrested In June 2008, Ms. Wu Huiming, around 70 years old, of Gulou District in
Nanjing City was arrested. 28. [Hefei City, Anhui Province] Ms. Cheng Wenlan Arrested In June 2008, when Ms. Cheng Wenlan was clarifying the truth in
Shangpai Town, Feixi County, she was arrested and taken to a police station.
Subsequently, her home in Hefei was ransacked. 29. [Taiyuan City, Shanxi Province] Practitioners Imprisoned in Taiyuan Ms. Wen Suyan, Ms. Wang Shuzhi, Ms. Shen Jingjing, Ms. Yang Yukun and others
are imprisoned somewhere in Taiyuan, Shanxi Province. 30. [Kaifeng County, Henan Province] Ms. Guo Zhaomei, Ms. Sun Xiaomin, and
Mr. Liu Keyu Detained On May 13, about seven police officers from the Duliang Township Police
Station, Kaifeng County arrested practitioners Ms. Guo Zhaomei, 59 years old,
and Ms. Sun Xiaomin, 45 years old, at their homes. They confiscated Falun Dafa
books and Teacher's picture. They extorted 5,000 yuan from Ms. Sun
Xiaomin's husband, but she has not been released yet. On May 20, police from the Duliang Township Police Station arrested Mr. Liu
Keyu at his home, and confiscated Falun Dafa books, materials, and so on. On May
17, Mr. Luo Tong was arrested. The two are being held in the Kaifeng County
Detention Center. 31. [Zhengzhou City, Henan Province] Ms. Yan Jing's Family Members Arrested At 10 a.m. on May 26, police from the Guancheng District Public Security
Sub-bureau National Protection Brigade arrested Ms. Yan Jing, 42 years old and a
teacher, at her school. They then proceeded to ransack her home. On June 6, Ms.
Yan was taken to the Zhengzhou City Detention Center. Her husband, Mr. Yang
Hongren, was sentenced to a 10-year prison term in 2000. He has not been
released yet. Ms. Liu Baolan, mother of Ms. Yan, has been detained three times
for appealing for justice for Falun Gong in Beijing. Her home was ransacked many
times. The elderly lady passed away on November 8, 2005. Her daughter, who is
preparing for her college entrance examination, and the over-70-year old father
were left at home alone. 32. [Nanyang City, Henan Province] Mr. Zhu Youde Arrested On the afternoon of June 2, 2008, Nanyang police arrested Mr. Zhu Youde. 33. [Zhengzhou City, Henan Province] Mr. Sun Linbo and Ms. Wang Xiulan
Arrested On May 22, police from the Songshan Road Police Station in Area 27, Zhengzhou
City, arrested Mr. Sun Linbo and Ms. Wang Xiulan near Xiaoli Village, Zhengzhou
City. Police ransacked their homes. Mr. Sun is detained at the Zhengzhou City
No. 2 Detention Center. 34. [Wuning County, Jiangxi Province] Mr. Ruan Shidu and Ms. Chen Huilan
Arrested On April 27, 2008, Mr. Ruan Shidu and Ms. Chen Huilan of Chuantan Township,
Wuning County, were arrested. Mr. Ruan Shidu is in the Xiushui County Detention
Center, and Mr. Chen Huilan is in the Wuning County Detention Center. 35. [Suining City, Sichuan Province] Ms. Chen Ying Arrested At the end of May 2008, police arrested practitioner Ms. Chen Ying of Daying
County, Suining City. She is being tortured at the Yongxing Detention Center in
Suining City. 36. [Chengdu City, Sichuan Province] Ms. Zhang Huiming Arrested On the morning of June 3, police from the Fuqing Road Police Station arrested
practitioner Ms. Zhang Huiming, around 65 years old, of Jianshe Road, Chengdu,
when she was distributing truth-clarification materials. Subsequently, her home
was ransacked. She is detained at the Pi County Detention Center in Chengdu. Fuqing Road Police Station: 86-28-83245724 37. [Pengzhou City, Sichuan Province] Ms. Li Jihui Arrested After 3 p.m. on June 3, Longfeng Town practitioner Ms. Li Jihui was reported
when she was explaining the truth to people doing disaster rescue work. Pengzhou
City 610 and Pengzhou City security officers arrested Ms. Li Jihui, ransacked
her home, and stole a carload of Ms. Li's personal belongings, including a
computer.
