Zhou Yongkang Orders Large-Scale Harassment in Dongying City and the Shengli Oil Fields in Shandong Province
(Clearwisdom.net) Zhou Yongkang, the Secretary of the CCP Central
Political and Judiciary Committee, is known to have issued orders for the recent
attacks on the Flushing "Quit the CCP" Service Center in New York.
These orchestrated attacks have shocked the American public and have laid bare
the desperate state of the CCP in its final struggle for survival. Zhou Yongkang has also persecuted Falun Gong practitioners domestically by
focusing on practitioners who went to appeal in areas where he started his
career. His first important promotions occurred in Dongying City and the Shengli
Oil Fields, and this was where he first chose to persecute Falun Gong. In May 2008, his henchmen in Dongying City and the Shengli Oil Fields started
to distribute documents and put up posters that announced steps against
"pornography, gambling, and drugs." They used this as a ploy to check
all rental units and distributed forms to be filled in by every landlord. The
landlords were required to register everyone. The real goal was to look for and
arrest Falun Gong practitioners. Since June 3, 2008, this situation has escalated. Everyone in Dongying City
and the Shengli Oil Fields wanting to go to Beijing, Tianjin, Shanghai, Shenyang
City, and Dalian City has to register and must first be approved. Everybody
needs to bring an ID to get on a bus or train and will be thoroughly checked.
Individual ID numbers must also be listed on bus and trains tickets.
