The Beauty of Validating Dafa

(Clearwisdom.net) One thought drives my actions: Whatever Teacher asks us to do, I will do it. I use all my spare time on saving people, and I will do the three things no matter how busy I am.

During the harvest season, my family finished our work very quickly. One afternoon when I was printing the Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party, my husband came home. He looked at what I was printing and suddenly threw a tantrum. He said, "Do you know how scared I am whenever I see these things?" Then he went on and on. In the past, I would argue with him when situations like this arose, but this time I did not do so. I remembered that Teacher taught us to be tolerant. I remained calm and sent forth righteous thoughts to clear away any evil elements that were behind him: "No matter what you are and how evil you are, it will not work. Don't think that you can interfere with me when I am saving people." Soon my husband stopped.

In the evening, I prepared a backpack full of informational material about Falun Gong. When I was about to leave home, my daughter came back. She asked me, "Mom, are you going out?" I replied that I was and she asked, "Do you want me to go with you?" My daughter always accompanied me when I went out to distribute Falun Gong materials, whether it was day or night. I said to myself that it was time that I got rid of this dependency. I told her, "You can come with me if you want. If you don't, that is fine, too." My daughter said that she did not want to go out that night, so I told her that I would go by myself.

I rode my bike to a village that was about 2.5 to 3 kilometers away from home. I started distributing the materials, and after I was done, I stopped outside of the village and started to wonder. This village seemed to be vacant. Even the dogs did not bark. No one came out of their house, and it was just so quiet. I went home still wondering why it went so smoothly.

At midnight when I was sending forth righteous thoughts, I saw myself sitting on a snowy white, round mat, though actually I was sitting on my bed. This mat was so thick and soft that I felt like I was floating, so I pushed the mat down to avoid not being able to sit still and send forth righteous thoughts. No matter how hard I tried, though, this mat was still floating upwards. Then I thought, "When I am floating like this and sway back and forth, how can I send forth righteous thoughts well?" I said to the mat, "You better come down," and then the mat came down and settled on the bed.

I was then able to calm down and clear my mind of stray thoughts. My mind was highly focused. I was wrapped in a very strong energy field, and it felt wonderful.
