"Compassion is a God's Everlasting State of Mind"

(Clearwisdom.net) Recently when working with some fellow practitioners, I discovered some of my human notions. I didn't even realize it at first. I only felt that my state of mind was not as polite as it should be, that I had a bad temper, and that I distanced myself from the state of compassion.

On my way to work, the lyrics of a song from Divine Performing Arts came to mind all of a sudden, "Compassion is a God's Everlasting State of Mind." Of course it is! When confronting a problem, what would a God think and do about it? A great Enlightened Being would educate and save sentient beings with compassion. How could I forget that? I felt ashamed for falling into human thinking and forgetting that I am a cultivator. In dealing with problems, a cultivator should look within himself. While confronting conflicts, a cultivator should work hard on his mind to improve his character and to always think about others. Teacher expects us to become selfless Dafa practitioners, righteously enlightened lives. Yet, I keep failing to meet my promise. I am ashamed of myself for not being a good Dafa practitioner.

As a matter of fact, I have warned myself that whenever and whatever problem I come across, I should find the cause within myself instead of looking at others, otherwise I would be the same as the old forces.

One morning while paying respect to Teacher, a sentence suddenly was transmitted into my brain, "The Fa Rectifies the Cosmos" in Hong Yin II

Compassion can harmonize Heaven and Earth, ushering in Spring
Righteous thought can save people of the world

I thank Teacher for His Great Compassion, for leading me on the road that returns home.

Compassion is a level of cultivation status, a kind of nonstop elevation while a cultivator melts into Dafa.
