(Clearwisdom.net) On July 20, 2008, Falun Gong practitioners from Southern Taiwan held an exhibition in Kaohsiung to expose the brutality of the persecution against Falun Gong in China.

Practitioners re-enacted the tortures that the Chinese police apply to Falun Gong practitioners. After seeing the re-enactment, a group of students asked for details about the persecution and said that they wanted to learn more about Falun Gong.

A passer-by was saddened after seeing the exhibition. Many were shocked by the tortures and found it difficult to understand why the Chinese government persecutes Falun Gong. Mrs. Lin said to one of the practitioners, "I saw Falun Gong practitioners' activities in New York and Toronto, but I didn't know the persecution was so brutal until today."
