The Importance of Sending Forth Righteous Thoughts, as Seen from Another Dimension

(Clearwisdom.net) Previously, I did not pay enough attention to sending forth righteous thoughts. After I improved my understanding about the importance of sending righteous thoughts, I started paying attention to really putting it into action. I began sending forth righteous thoughts for one hour at a time. During the global times for sending forth righteous thoughts, I did one hour each at three of the four set times. I wrote down what I saw during sending forth righteous thoughts as a reference for other practitioners. My understanding is limited, and each individual sees things differently. Please point out anything improper. Also, I would like to remind practitioners to treasure the Fa-rectification period and treasure the opportunities to send forth righteous thoughts, as it plays a vital role in eliminating the evil and assisting Teacher in the human world.

Now,when I send forth righteous thoughts, I quickly enter the state of strong righteous thoughts. I feel that my body is being pulled upward and my energy is going upward. My body feels like it is floating and it's as if I am melted into Truthfulness, Compassion, and Forbearance. One time, I saw that I was sitting on a pillar about 50 to 100 meters wide. The sky was blue. I was in a cosmic dimension, like a mountain, constantly sending forth righteous thoughts. That feeling was so beautiful, it was beyond description. I felt I was about 10 stories high.

I do not always reach such a state when I send forth righteous thoughts, but most times the effect is good. Of course not every Dafa practitioner needs to send forth righteous thoughts for such a long time. As we assist Teacher in the human world, validate the Fa, and save sentient beings, every Falun Gong practitioner has his or her own cultivation path arranged by Teacher: Eight Immortals crossing the sea, each one showing his or her special talent. With the needs of Fa-rectification and saving sentient beings, the times for sending righteous thoughts are also adjusted constantly.

If I find interference while sending forth righteous thoughts, I resist it.

When I encounter tribulations, if I don't do well, I see a bridge or that I am getting on a train or a car. If I feel I'm raising my cultivation level, I always climb up to the next stage. If I'm dropping in level, I go down the next stage. Once, due to fear, I did not pass a xinxing test well. When I sent forth righteous thoughts, I saw three Chinese characters, "Compassion, Wisdom, Congratulations." The character "Congratulations" was glittering. I came to the understanding that Teacher was giving me a hint that our saving sentient beings is the most righteous thing and that it is benevolent to the sentient beings. But due to the evil interference, we need to do it rationally. No matter how evil the current situation is, what awaits Dafa practitioners is Consummation and what awaits the evil is complete destruction. We are to be congratulated.

Previously when I did not do well in many aspects, there was a lot of interference. I confessed to Teacher. When I sent forth righteous thoughts, I heard the words from Teacher's Fa; "if you've fallen don't just lie there, get right up!" ("Explaining the Fa During the 2003 Lantern Festival at the U.S. West Fa Conference")

There are only a few practitioners scattered around in the area where I live. So, for a long time, we could not form a Fa study group. When we tried to form such a group, all kinds of interference came up. Several diligent practitioners were in chaotic circumstances, and they stopped coming to the Fa-study group. One day, I had a dream that the water tap was broken and water was spraying out. I was anxious and tried to hold the water back but failed. What a big loophole! Afterwards in the dream, the toilet was too dirty to describe. I studied the Fa, but I didn't put it in action. When encountering troubles, I did not look inside myself,and instead I stressed the problems in the environment. So, I calmed down to study the Fa well. This time, I truly studied the Fa with my heart, and it seemed that every word was enlarged. Through Fa-study I strengthened my understanding. I'm the truly cultivated disciple of Teacher Li, and I'm not an everyday person. I'll be divine. I'll start from doing the three things that Teacher tells us to do, and I'll start sending forth righteous thoughts.

Through sending forth righteous thoughts, the evils' interference decreased. The Chinese Communist Party's tracking, stalking, recording, and all kinds of surveillance all disappeared. It fully demonstrated the power of righteous thoughts. Also, through improving the effect of sending forth righteous thoughts, it helped me to enter tranquility when doing the exercises, especially the fifth exercise. Now, I can quickly enter tranquility. Through sending forth righteous thoughts in a group, we resumed our weekly Fa-study, and since then, for a few years now, it has never stopped.
