The Persecution of Ouyang Zhandong in Inner Mongolia

(Clearwisdom.net) Falun Gong practitioner Mr. Ouyang Zhandong lived in Nierji Town in Hulunbeier Meng, Inner Mongolia. He has been clarifying the truth to people since the persecution began. 610 Office agent Zhang Shibin, who follows the Jiang Zemin clique in persecuting practitioners, went to Mr. Ouyang's home to search for and arrest him many times, forcing Ouyang to jump from the second floor, fracturing his leg and pelvis. In the hospital, police forced him to watch videos of the so-called Tiananmen self-immolation , which was fabricated by the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) to deceive the people, attempting to make him give up his faith.

In August 2003, Zhang Shibin led several police officers to the homes of Ouyang's parents, aunt and brother in Dayangshu Town. Their purpose was to arrest Ouyang Zhandong. Ouyang was forced to leave his home. His wife is also a practitioner and is also persecuted by Zhang Shibin. She lost her job, and the couple could not reunite.

On April 29, 2004, Ouyang was posting flyers about Falun Dafa in Jiaoshan, Shanhaiguan City and was arrested. He was sent to Shanhaiguan No. 3 Detention Center. Fifteen days later he was sent to Qinhuangdao No. 1 Detention Center, then to Shuanghe Forced Labor Camp in Qiqihar for a three-year term. On March 9, 2006, the brutality of extracting organs from living Falun Gong practitioners was exposed, and prisons and labor camps in various areas secretly relocated many imprisoned Falun Gong practitioners. Ouyang was moved to Suihua Prison until his term ended. He was then released and went home.

During this time, Zhang Shibin still monitored Mr. Ouyang. He had not seen his parents for three years and needed to go to Dayangshu Town to see them. Zhang Shibin forbade it. Later, under the assurance of Ouyang's brother, he saw his parents. At his parents' home, Zhang Shibin often called and harassed them. His parents became paralyzed and bedridden. Whenever his son was mentioned, his father shed tears from missing his son.

On June 30, 2008, Mr. Ouyang went to Baoding City, Hebei Province to make a living. Zhang Shibin went around to inquire about his whereabouts, attempting to arrest him.

On June 30, 2008, Ouyang was distributing truth-clarifying materials with another practitioner in Gaoyang. Officers from the Chengguan police station in Gaoyang arrested him, and he is currently detained in the Gaoyang Detention Center.
