By a Falun Dafa practitioner from Vancouver

(Clearwisdom.net) On July 1, 2008, Falun Gong practitioners from Vancouver were invited to participate in the parade to celebrate Canada Day and also the 63^th Salmon Festival. Falun Gong practitioners performed in the Divine Land Marching Band, in a celestial maiden dance, in the waist drum team, and on a decorated float. The performances received a lot of applause and cheers along the way.

Many spectators along the streets were Chinese. When the longest procession of Falun Gong practitioners came, many overseas Chinese applauded and smiled proudly. Others took photos and videos to capture this precious moment.

Ms. Huang is a Falun Gong practitioner who participated in the parade. She said the Chinese people's attitude toward Falun Dafa is changing and is becoming more friendly. The Chinese Communist Party's lies and propaganda against Falun Gong have been exposed.
