(Clearwisdom.net) On May 17th, 2008, practitioners held an activity in Assen, Finland. Assen is the most quickly developing city in Drenthe province, in the northern part of Finland.

Practitioners displayed banners and distributed leaflets calling on people to come to the petition table and sign their names in support of Falun Gong, demanding an end to the CCP's persecution. Practitioners also displayed the five peaceful and gentle exercises of Falun Gong.

After seeing the images of persecution and learning a bit about the practice, many people signed their names on the petition. The signatures are part of the "Millions of Signatures" being collected around the world, seeking justice and an immediate stop to the persecution of Falun Gong.
