(Clearwisdom.net) Editors' Note: In both Western and Chinese culture, the principle of karmic retribution, that is, being held ultimately accountable for one's own actions, is widely accepted. The fundamental teaching of Falun Gong is the characteristic of the universe, Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance. The universe will reward actions that are in harmony with this principle, while actions such as beating, torturing and murdering people will incur karmic retribution. Stated another way, good deeds will be rewarded with good, while evildoings will meet due retribution. Articles such as this one are meant as a compassionate reminder of this principle to those who would commit wrongdoing. While many of those who persecute Falun Gong are merely "following orders," the universal law requires that they, too, be held responsible for their actions, and that only by reversing their course of wrongdoing may they escape retribution.

Tangshan City Former 610 Office Deputy Director Participated in the Persecution and Received Retribution

After leaving the military, Qi Guangbing came to Tangshan City to become the deputy Director of the 610 Office and persecute Falun Gong. He died suddenly of a stroke at around 9:00 p.m. on June 11, 2008 when he was only 49 years old. He had always been very healthy prior to the stroke.

Former Police Station Head Ma Fusheng in Zhangling Village, Changyi City, Shandong Province Received Retribution

Ma Fusheng, born in Majia Village in Byzhuang Town, Changyi City, actively cooperated with Jiang Zemin's regime to persecute Falun Gong practitioners as early as July 1999 when he served as the head of the Zhangling Police Station. Practitioners talked with him many times to clarify the truth to him, but not only did he not listen, he became worse and used even more brutal means to persecute practitioners.

During this period, Ma was fired from his position and sentenced to prison on corruption charges. He did not repent afterwards, but continued to brutally persecute practitioners. He was promoted to branch office chief of the Changyi Police Department due to his efforts in persecuting practitioners.

In May 2008, Ma traveled on business and was in an accident on a highway in Hebei Province. One of the cars involved in the accident went airborne and landed on the car that Ma was in. Several people in the car were injured, but none fatally, except Ma, who suffered a broken neck and a punctured lung. He died in the hospital emergency room, at the age of 40.

Let us hope those who are aggressively following the Chinese Communist Party to persecute practitioners stop immediately and quit the CCP and all its associated organizations, so that they may have a future.
