Sharings on the Eutelsat and BBG Incident

(Clearwisdom.net) It seems that Eutelsat and the BBG (Broadcasting Board of Governors) taken actions that oppose the Fa-rectification as well as violate their own principles under pressure from the Chinese Communist Party (CCP), and these are their tribulations.

Looking within ourselves, we can see that we have paid too much attention to the Olympic Games and not enough attention to saving sentient beings. Many practitioners hoped that the evil would be disintegrated during the Olympic Games, some hoped that the Olympic Games would not even be held, some paid a great deal of attention to celestial phenomena and the reactions of everyday people wherever the Olympic Torch Relay went, and some were affected by the various clamorings from the regime who is determined to safeguard the Olympic Games. As we worked to stop the persecution, we often said that the evil Party was using the Olympic Games as an excuse to persecute Dafa practitioners. In short, we talked about the Olympic Games all the time, as if it were the Olympic Games that brought calamity to mankind, when in fact it is the CCP that is actually harming people. The CCP only uses the Olympic Games as yet another excuse to justify its persecution. The CCP has never once stopped persecuting Dafa practitioners since 1999. It uses everything as an excuse, and even if there were no reason at all it would still harm people.

We Dafa disciples don't acknowledge the persecution, we oppose it in any form, and we will save sentient beings without interfering with anything. If we focus on the Olympic Games, then aren't we acknowledging the evil and giving it a reason to persecute us? It looks as if they persecute Dafa disciples because of the Olympic Games, while in fact the persecution has no absolute connection to the Olympic Games at all. The evil Party is just poison, and it simply harms people! We don't need to pay much attention to the Olympic Games, as they are only everyday people's things. It is the evil Party that has linked the Olympic Games with the persecution. However, we Dafa disciples must be clear-headed and must not be distracted. We are here to save sentient beings.

It is we who have attached too much importance to the Olympic Games, and we have also allowed our human mentalities to be moved along with it. We are paying too much attention to the Olympic Games while ignoring our true mission and forgetting our principles. I believe this is why the BBG and Eutelsat encountered interference.

Let us all let go of our human mentalities and rectify our every thought. At the same time let us send forth strong righteous thoughts to disintegrate the evil. We must do as Master wishes and save more sentient beings.

NTDTV is being interfered with, and the entire Asian region is unable to view its programs. This has caused enormous interference in practitioners' efforts to save sentient beings, and put the kind people who would like to know the facts under a lot of pressure, while giving rise to the notion among ordinary people that the evil Party has "won" again. Due to fear, many people may lose their opportunity to be saved.

I believe the reason for the interference is that practitioners, as one body, have loopholes. Overseas practitioners have worked very hard to establish NTDTV, and it has been broadcasting for seven years. This has reduced much of the pressure on Dafa practitioners in China. But the number of people viewing NTDTV is still not large, and there is also a shortage of practitioners who know how to install satellite dishes. In the poor, medium and smaller-sized cities in China like ours, only Dafa practitioners have installed satellite dishes to watch NTDTV, and not all practitioners have installed them. If we don't pay attention to NTDTV and instead indulge ourselves by watching the CCP's TV programs, how can we thoroughly eliminate the evil Communist specters? I feel that in addition to distributing truth clarifying materials, we should also promote NTDTV and tell more people in everyday society about it. NTDTV has excellent programs and cleans up the human field every day. NTDTV is one of the ways we use to clarify the facts and save people. Due to our own negligence, the evil has taken advantage of our loopholes.

We can promote NTDTV according to the specific needs of the countryside. Most people living in the country are rather poor, and its difficult for them to spend several dozen or a hundred yuan on a satellite dish. So when we install the dish, we can first pay for it ourselves, or offer them financial help to buy one. When they learn the facts, they will repay the money later. Also, city dwellers usually have relatives living in the countryside, and giving them a dish as a festival present is much better than anything else. This will ensure their future safety and good fortune! They would likely be very happy to receive such a present, and would watch the programs. There are so many practitioners, and if each of us could help just one family, then tens of millions of people, or even more, will be able to watch NTDTV. By spending only a few hundred yuan to purchase the equipment, we will be able to significantly improve the results.

Regarding the recent Eutelsat incident, not many practitioners in China are really concerned about it, and some practitioners in my local area don't even know about it, or they feel it doesn't have much to do with them. I feel that the current Eutelsat situation has a direct connection with the cultivation state of Dafa practitioners in China.

1. Many practitioners have the mentality of relying on overseas practitioners, and they feel that this issue has nothing to do with them. They believe there isn't much they can do. Consequently, they are taking a rather passive attitude towards the issue.

2. Master has repeatedly told us that practitioners in China are the main body of practitioners, but how well have we done as the main body? Many fellow practitioners who have been abroad say that overseas practitioners are in a very good state and are very diligent. In comparison, many practitioners in China are lingering in a state of waiting, relying on and expecting from others.

3. Overseas practitioners' efforts in clarifying the facts has had a great impact in improving the situation in China, but they are just working on the edges, and if we practitioners in China fail to truly play our roles, the old forces will surely take advantage of our loopholes.

These are only some simple thoughts. I hope others may offer some more valuable sharing.
