Shenzhen Court Illegally Sentenced Ten Falun Gong Practitioners

(Clearwisdom.net) Since last year, the Chinese Communist Party's Court in Futian District of Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, has sentenced ten Falun Gong practitioners to three years each. Prior to being sentenced, the Falun Gong practitioners were illegally imprisoned in Futian Detention Center.

Ms. He Weimin, about 36 years old, from Ningxia Province, was illegally sentenced to three years.

Ms. Lin Lixia, about 40 years old, from Hong Kong, was sentenced to three years.

Ms. Lin Xingru, 65 years old, from Xiaoling, Guangdong Province was sentenced to at least three years, though the exact length of her sentence is not clear. Her husband, who is 61 years old, was also sentenced to at least three years. The exact number of years is again unclear.

Ms. Zhang, about 35 years old, is a business owner in Shenzhen. He was sentenced to four years.

Three male practitioners, whose names are unknown, were sentenced to three years, four-and-a-half years and five years, respectively.

Two female practitioners, whose names are unknown, were sentenced to over three years in prison.
