Mr. Fu Yinzhi, 35, is an employee of Xinjiang Provincial Aviation Administration Bureau. In April 2008, he led some other employees to Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province for a training program. During that period, he distributed some informational materials about Falun Gong. Shortly after, on April 25, he was arrested by Jiangbei Police Station in Ningbo. During his detention, the police did not allow his family to visit him.
