We Must Not Acknowledge Any Excuse for Persecuting Falun Gong

(Clearwisdom.net) By now our fellow practitioners should have the understanding that we should absolutely not acknowledge any excuses that the evil personnel give for persecuting Falun Gong practitioners. We are also slowly eliminating the notions that we had formed while living under the Party culture.

During this period of time, my understanding is that the Olympics has no connection with the persecution. It is the same as preparing truth-clarifying materials has nothing to do with being persecuted. Similarly, exposing the crimes of the evildoers during the persecution has nothing to do with being persecuted again. The false relationship of cause and effect has been imposed by the CCP and we should not acknowledge it. The evil uses the illusion at this surface dimension to make us believe and accept it, and even make us learn from our "experiences" to acknowledge the false information made. Then they would make use of our acknowledgment to further persecute us. But cultivation is precisely the acts of abandoning the illusions in this human world and truly understanding the truth, thus walking towards the divinity.

However, recently I realized that I had this mentality: When I thought about to doing something, I discovered that I had a slight feeling that I could do that thing "after the Olympics are over." From big important matters such as rescuing detained fellow practitioners to the small matters in the family, I caught myself thinking in such a way.

But why must I wait until the Olympics are over? When I looked inward, I found out that I was unwittingly thinking that the situation during the Olympics is tense and that the persecution would be more severe and thus I must be more careful. I was thinking that it would be better to wait until this period is over.

Despite the fact that I tried hard not to acknowledge the arrangements of the evil old forces, in fact in my mind, I was still buying into the thought that the current situation is related to "the Olympics." I still unconsciously acknowledged the evil's act of using the excuse of "the Olympics" to justify persecuting practitioners. This is to say, just as I had mentioned earlier that: "the Olympics has nothing to do with the persecution" and it is a false perception of the relationship of cause and effect in this dimension. I didn't fundamentally deny the old evil forces, but how I could completely deny it?

Master has already pointed out the the evils' current behavior is like "their last flurry of activity before they perish." ("Fa Teaching at the 2008 New York Conference") I suddenly understand that with the Olympics happening the evil will act crazy for a period of time like the "flurry of activity before they perish," but without the Olympics, it will also be crazy for a period of time before it disintegrates.

I remembered that there was such a story: A little lamb came to the riverside to drink water. A wolf also came to drink water. The wolf told the little lamb, you are very bad, last year you spoiled the things in my house. The little lamb replied, "Dear Mr. Wolf, I was not even born last year." The wolf then accused the little lamb of another bad deed that the lamb refuted. The wolf said, "Now you have dirtied my drinking water." The little lamb said, "I am at the downstream while you are at the upstream, how could I dirty your water?" The wolf had nothing to say and pounced upon and gobbled up the lamb.

The moral of the story is that the wolf wanted to eat the lamb and would use any justification as an excuse. Even the wolf did not take the justification to heart, as even though the none of the excuses worked, the wolf still went ahead to carry out its desire. Similarly, the evil in fact wants to do evil, it just wants to do bad deeds, therefore, it will use any justification as an excuse to cover up its real intentions and to justify its actions. How could I take the illusion to heart and use their excuses as a basis to consider the things I should do and try to avoid the seemingly man-made tribulations?

In fact during these nine years, the evil persecution didn't stop for even a moment. Even during these last two years when the situation seemed to have become more relaxed, it is not that the evil had stopped doing evil. It happened under the power of Fa-rectification that the evil was helpless and they were being restrained by the righteous thoughts of Falun Gong practitioners. Thus, even if there had been no Olympic Games in China, the evil would have kept up the persecution all along. It is not true that the Olympics have aggravated the persecution. Consider this, if there had been no Olympics taking place in China, the evil would have used another excuse "in the last moments of their dying days" to justify the persecution. However, no excuse can hide their real intention to persecute Falun Gong.
