I Learned That Falun Dafa is Good

(Clearwisdom.net) One day in August, I went to the countryside to visit a friend. It was late when I left, so I was in a hurry as I rode my bike back to the city.

As I was going around a bend, I crashed into an elderly lady who was also riding a bike, and she was thrown to the ground. I approached to find her lying on the ground and unable to move or speak, with a pale look on her face. I was very anxious. "What if she's injured?" I thought. "I don't live around here, what if she demands a large amount of money from me?"

I tried to pull her up, but she didn't move, and her limbs felt cold. After some time she said, "I feel very weak and am unable to stand up." Without a second thought I said, "We bumped into each other, so it isn't totally my fault." I tried to shirk responsibility.

To my surprise, the lady said, "Please don't worry. I won't extort money from you." I found it hard to believe what she said.

A long time passed, and she still could not stand up. By this time many pedestrians had gathered around the scene.

A young man who knew the lady then drove by. He pulled over and several of us carried her to his car. I said, "How about we go to a hospital now?" The lady said, "No, we can go straight home." She vomited as she spoke. Then she said she had a headache and a sore back, and that she couldn't move. Her face was pale and she was sweating. I was very scared since I know these are the symptoms of a concussion.

Finally we arrived at the lady's home, and carried her to a bed. Her face was still pale and she was unable to move. Many people asked her to go to the hospital and she refused, "I am a Falun Gong practitioner, and Teacher will help me. As long as I keep doing the exercises and studying the Fa, I will recover tomorrow." I was wondering: Is Falun Gong really so miraculous?

The following morning I went to visit the lady. I was surprised to see her sitting there reading Zhuan Falun, with a healthy look, as if nothing had happened. Seeing me, she invited me to sit down and said to me, "See, I'm totally fine now. Thank you for taking time to come here, I'm alright now. Please keep in mind that Falun Dafa is good, and Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good."

Looking at such a compassionate and sincere lady, I was in tears. "Yes, I will remember it," I said.

I was so fortunate to meet such a nice lady. I would like to thank Falun Gong for this. Were it someone else, I could easily have been extorted of thousands of yuan. She didn't ask for a penny from me, but instead comforted me. I want to say aloud that Falun Dafa is good, and Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good.
