(Clearwisdom.net) Recently the CCP has been rampantly arresting Falun Dafa practitioners and implementing all kinds of persecution using the Olympics as an excuse. According to sources from within the Chinese government, in July of this year, there were almost 5,000 Falun Dafa practitioners arrested and persecuted in the Liaoning area alone. In some areas, they arrested dozens of Falun Dafa practitioners with the excuse of safeguarding the Olympics torch relay. Some prisons started to enforce stricter rules for practitioners who were illegally detained in June and July. The detained practitioners were not allowed to see their families and subjected to intense brainwashing.

Given this situation, we Falun Dafa practitioners should have a clear understanding. If we just cultivate ourselves, we're not attached to anything in ordinary people's society. Whether the Olympics are held or not has nothing to do with us as cultivators. However, the CCP bases everything on the excuse of the Olympics. It uses the Olympics to persecute righteous beliefs and cultivation, give legitimacy to its rule, replenish its energy, and confuse and persecute sentient beings. So for the sake of Fa-rectification and saving sentient beings to the maximum extent, we cannot let the evil continue to be rampant. All Falun Dafa practitioners should have such a firm thought to stop the evil's persecution.
