Ten-year-old Girl Brutally Beaten and Locked in an Iron Cage by Police

(Clearwisdom.net) Cheng Siying is a ten-year-old girl, born in the city of Guangdong. She moved to Ya'an City, Mingshan County, Sichuan Province because her parents were recently employed there. She went to school at Mengdingshan Town Central Elementary School in Mingshan County. She was in Room 1 in the 4th grade. She lived with her parents in Yongxing Town, Mingshan County.

On August 7, 2008, Cheng Siying gave some materials about the persecution of Falun Gong to her Teacher, Cheng Zhongtao, who immediately called the National Security Brigade and reported her. Then, Gou Yongqiong, commander of the National Security Brigade, and two other police officers came to Mengdingshan Town Elementary School immediately and arrested Cheng Siying.

Cheng Siying's classmates witnessed Gou Yongqiong violently slap her face. She was shackled and handcuffed then locked in a small iron cage. Gou yelled curses at her non-stop. In the end, Gou gave every student in the school one yuan to encourage them to turn in Falun Gong practitioners. However, some students did not take the money.

Around 9 o'clock that night, Cheng's parents were also arrested. Their copy machine and other personal items in their home were taken away by the police.

On August 11, 2008, Cheng Siying returned home and went back to school. The wounds on her body were visible evidence of the torture she suffered. Her teacher, Cheng Zhongtao, viciously threw her schoolbag out of the classroom, and forbade her to attend class, depriving her of her right to go to school.

On August 18, 2008, Cheng Siying went back to school to cash in her leftover lunch ticket. Principal Yang Jiasen called her to his office and, out of sympathy for her situation, gave her a bicycle. He told her that the bicycle was newly bought by his daughter. Cheng Siying gave the principal a copy of the Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party before she left.

Now, Cheng Siying's parents' whereabouts are unknown. The young girl had no choice but to leave her home to avoid being arrested again.
