(Clearwisdom.net) Solemn Declaration Before I studied Falun Dafa, I had many diseases. After studying Dafa, all
the diseases were gone. After July 20, 1999, the Chinese Communist Party blotted
out the sky and covered up the earth to persecute Falun Gong practitioners.
Police came to my home to search it, they confiscated my Dafa books and tapes,
brought me to the Political Security Office of the local Police Station and
forced me to write a guarantee statement that I would "not practice."
At the end of 2000, I was arrested and taken to a brainwashing class. At that
time, close to the Chinese New Year, because my one-hundred-year-old mother had
a disease, through the request from the village leaders and my family members, I
was released 14 days early. Before I went home, the head of the Political
Security Office forced me to burn a Dafa book. I was extremely distressed being
told to do something I knew I should not do. I was ashamed before Master and
