(Clearwisdom) February 4 was the closing night of the Divine Performing Arts (DPA) show at the Dallas, Texas Eisemann Center. DPA's three days of performances caused a sensation in Dallas. Audience members, including many overseas Chinese, were captivated by the beauty of the show and the inner meaning they found during each scene.

Pianist Ms. Chen Zuling

Ms. Chen Zuling is a graduate of the Piano Department of the Shanghai Conservatory of Music. She said that the show was artistically perfect and of deep spiritual content. She thought that the choreography was done perfectly, was very effectual and touched the root of compassion in people's hearts. In her eyes, this was a new development in the field of art and one that is rooted in traditional culture.

Ms. Chen found it miraculous and incredible that the DPA Company could bring together so many talented artists in only a few years, and stage such large-scale global tours and that all the pieces performed were originals.

It Is Worth Any Amount of Money

Ms. Chen learned about the Divine Performing Arts show from media reports and friends. She shared that some of her Chinese friends watched the DPA show last year and they said it was great and worth any amount of money. This year she read media articles reporting that the show is excellent. So she decided to come with her family and friends.

After the show, all her family members and friends praised the performance and thanked her for bringing them.

The Choreography Was Perfect and Effective

Ms. Chen said she thought that all the scenes were excellent, very colorful and of high quality. The choreography was perfect and original. The show was touching and thought-provoking.

In her eyes, the music was beautiful. It was like running water on high mountains that made people feel refreshed. Despite not being a dance expert, she fully enjoyed everything and was very moved.

A New Art Rooted in Traditional Culture

What was so amazing in Ms. Chen Zuling's eyes was that the DPA performance was of pure traditional culture and very unique.

She said it was a new, sublime art that is deeply rooted in the traditional Chinese culture. She said many dances were well-known classical tales but they contained new meaning. The show expressed the deep inner meaning, from ancient to modern time, and was very inspiring.

She believes that such elegant, beautiful and pure art exudes a strong vitality.

The Performance Touched the Root of Compassion

Ms. Chen is a Christian. She said the pure compassion and pure beauty of the show resonates within people. She was deeply touched. She said human nature is kind and everyone carries compassion deep in his or her heart. The performances are like a pure light that lightens people's hearts.

She was very touched by the songs. In the lyrics, one sentence really caught her attention, truly speaking to the minds of people: "Everything has a predestined relationship. Atheism harmed many people." In her mind, people who are believers follow high moral standards, which is good for both people and society.

Teaching Chinese Culture to Chinese

Chen Zuling said Divine Performing Arts teaches Chinese people about their culture. She feels that the show will benefit newer Chinese generations overseas. It can teach children more than parents can.

Ms. Chen's daughter is studying towards a business major at university. Her daughter liked the show very much. In the past Ms. Chen wanted her daughter to learn about Chinese culture, but she just wasn't interested. Sometimes she took her to a concert and her daughter complained that it was boring. This time it was different, and her daughter liked the DPA performance very much and said that it was vivid, rich, and colorful. She had heard from others that the show was good so she insisted on buying the best seats.

The DPA Show is a Miracle Come True

Ms. Chen Zuling is a graduate of the Shanghai Conservatory of Music in China. She also obtained a Masters degree in piano in the U.S. She now teaches piano in Dallas.

She sadly said that Chinese artists do not have many opportunities overseas and it is not easy to get many Chinese performers together. She thinks it is a miracle that the DPA Company could bring together so many talented artists in just a few years, go on such large-scale global tours, and show their talents on stage. She feels that this is incredible and a great miracle.

What is so remarkable in Ms. Chen's mind is that all the programs are originals. She said, "as artists we all know it is not easy to create a single new work, let alone so many programs in the show -- all the dances, songs, costumes, background and stage, etc.. It is truly incredible," she repeated.
