1. [Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province] Mr. Li Zhigang and Mr. Lu Liangyu Arrested
Falun Dafa practitioners Mr. Li Zhigang, Mr. Lu Liangyu, and his wife, who live at the No. 3 Street Investment Training School dormitory, Nagang District School, Harbin City, were arrested by officers from the Hexing Police Station on February 28, 2009, and are now being held at the Hexing Street Police Station.

On February 24, 2009, Niuzhuang Town Police Station manager Lian Xiaohai and police officer Zhang Cheng arrested practitioners Mr. Tian Baocheng and Ms. Cui Yajing at their home and took them to the Haicheng City Detention Center.

3. [Jilin City, Jilin Province] Additional Information on Arrests of Ms. Niu Yanhong and Ms. Hou Chunxiang
Ms. Niu Yanhong and Ms. Hou Chunxiang from Jilin City were arrested by officers from the Hadawan Police Station of Jilin City on July 12, 2008. The police officers tortured Hou Chunxiang, which caused her to faint, then they stepped on her stomach, poured water and mustard into her nose, ears, eyes and mouth. Her face was bruised from the torture. Both are detained at the Jilin City Detention Center.
On February 25, 2009, officials from the Jilin City's Women's Prison notified Ms. Niu of her four-year term of imprisonment, and Ms. Hou Chunxiang of her three-and-a-half-year term.

On the morning of February 26, 2009, manager Teng Jimin and other officers from the Wandianzi Town Police Station in Qingyuan County arrested Ms. Zheng Zhaolian of Hongshugou Village and took her to the Liushan Detention Center in Fushun.
6. [Shanghai] Ms. Hu Zhongtian Held at Shanghai Women's Forced Labor Camp
In May 2008, Ms. Hu Zhongtian was arrested by officers of the Shanghai 610 Office and sentenced to one year of forced labor. She is now being held at Shanghai Women's Forced Labor Camp.
7. [Beijing] Mr. Tang Zhengyu Detained
On May 30, 2008, Mr. Tang Zhengyu from the Chaoyang District was arrested and sentenced to two years of forced labor at the Tuanhe Forced Labor Camp in Daxing, Beijing.
8. [Tianjin City] Mr. Hao Yin Arrested
At 10:30 a.m. on February 26, 2009, Mr. Hao Yin from Weizhuangzi Village, Yinliu Town, Ji County, Tianjin City, was arrested. His home was ransacked by officers from the Yinliu Town Police Station and Ji County Domestic Security Division. Mr. Hao's wife, Ms. Gao Yane, is still being held at the Tianjin City Women's Prison. Mr. Hao is now being held at Qilifeng Detention Center in Ji County.
9. [Gaomi City, Shandong Province] Several Practitioners Arrested
At around 7:00 a.m. on February 28, 2009, Mr. Tang Lianhong; his wife, Ms. Song Fang; Ms. Zhao Tongxiu; and Ms. Wang Tongtian were arrested by officers from the Gaomi City 610 Office and the Gaomi City Police Station. Their whereabouts are unknown.

11. [Langfang, Hebei Province] Mr. Su Guangdong Sentenced to Three Years of Imprisonment
On the morning of July 18, 2008, 52-year-old Mr. Su Guangdong from Yongqing County, Langfang, was arrested by a group of policemen led by village cadres, and his home was ransacked. Three months later, he was sentenced to three years of imprisonment.
12. [Yantai City, Shandong Province] Ms. Han Lianping Arrested
On February 26, 2009, Ms. Han Lianping was arrested by officers from the Yingzhou Police Station, Chujia Town, Laishan Area, Yantai City. Her home was ransacked, and she was taken to the Yantai City Detention Center the following day.

13. [Qinhuangdao City, Hebei Province] Mr. Yang Heping and Others Tortured
On the morning of February 27, 2009, Mr. Yang Heping and Ms. Zhu Yanmei from Wuliying, Changli County, Qinhuangdao City, were arrested when they were clarifying the facts in Longjiadian. Police officers pulled off Mr. Yang's hat, tied him to a tree, and mercilessly tortured him in an attempt to force him to give up the practice. A female practitioner was handcuffed to a heating pipe in a position where she could neither stand straight or squat.
14. [Li County, Hebei Province] Ms. Cui Shumei, Ms. Cui Xiaoxian, and Ms. Feng Wenzhen Persecuted
On September 19, 2007, three older practitioners, Ms. Cui Shumei, Ms. Cui Xiaoxian, and Ms. Feng Wenzhen, were arrested. Police officers damaged Ms. Cui Shumei's home gate with a saw and confiscated cash, a TV, a tricycle and other belongings. Ms. Feng Wenzhen's home was also ransacked, and a TV and video discs confiscated.
15. [Qingyang City, Gansu Province] Additional Information on the Persecution of Ms. Li Caiyun and Ms. Li Chaoyang
Ms. Li Caiyun from Heshui County, Qingyang City, and Ms. Li Chaoyang were arrested by police officers on February 20, 2009, when the two were distributing informationa; materials about Falun Dafa at Dianzi Village, Heshui County. A materials production site was destroyed, and a large amount of equipment, Dafa books, and materials were confiscated. They are both being held at the Heshui County Detention Center.
16. [Yuanling County, Hunan Province] Ms. Xuan Hehua Persecuted at Changsha Women's Prison
Ms. Xuan Hehua from Yuanling County was sentenced to four years of imprisonment and taken to Changsha Women's Prison on November 4, 2008. Her family visited the prison four times but were not allowed to see her.
17. [Shenzhou City, Guangdong Province] Ms. Chen Huanzhun Arrested and Beaten
Ms. Chen Huanzhun from Beidou Village, Shuangjing Town, was arrested by police officers of the Shenzhou City's Public Security Bureau at noon on February 27, 2009. The police confiscated Teacher's image, Falun Dafa books, information materials, pamphlets, and more. Police officers dragged Ms. Chen by her hair and beat her.
18. [Chongqing] Ms. Zhao Jiayu Taken to Shabao Women's Forced Labor Camp
On December 19, 2008, Ms. Zhao Jiayu from Chongqing was reported by security chief Deng Linlong at the Company 5, Railroad No. 11 Bureau and taken to the Shapingba Police Station. She is now being held at the Shabao Women's Forced Labor Camp in Jiangbei.
19. [Wuhan City, Hubei Province] Additional Information on the Arrest of Ms. Lu Lixian
On February 23, 2009, Ms. Lu Lixian from Wuhan City was arrested near the Gusao Tree by police officers of the Domestic Security Division, Jiang'an District, Wuhan City. She is currently being held at the Shenjiaji Brainwashing Center in the Jiang'an District, Wuhan City.
20. [Wuhan City, Hubei Province] Ms. Liu Hong Arrested and Her Whereabouts Unknown
Ms. Liu Hong from the Wuchang area of Wuhan City was arrested by staff of the local household registration office on her way to work on the afternoon of February 24, 2009. This staff colluded with officials from the Wuchang Sub-bureau, Yun County Police Station Domestic Security Division of Shiyan City. Ms. Liu's husband, Shi Lei, is incarcerated in Fanjiatai Prison, Shangshayang, Hubei Province, so their young son is now on his own. Ms. Liu Hong's whereabouts are unknown.
21. [Shenzhen, Guangdong Province] More Information on the Arrest of Ms. Tang Lijuan
On the morning of December 12, 2008, the Futian District Court of Shenzhen held a secret trial. On February 19, 2009, Ms. Tang Lijuan was sentenced to three years and six months imprisonment by the Futian District Court.

22. [Dazhou City, Sichuan Province] Mr. Tang Chengyun Arrested
On February 27, 2009, Mr. Tang Chengyun from Dazhou City was taken to the Da County Domestic Security Division from a school in Chengdu where he was working.
Mr. Tang is nearly 50 years old and is a former principal of the Tongchuan District No. 13 Primary School in Tongchuan District, Dazhou City. He was detained by Tongchuan District police for over two months in February 2001. He was dismissed from his post as principal after his release.
23. [Fuzhou, Fujian Province] Mr. Zhang Jianhua Detained
On the afternoon of February 26, 2009, Mr. Zhang Jianhua from Fuzhou was arrested in a residential area by officers from the Huada Police Station in Fuzhou for distributing DVDs of the Divine Performing Arts. His home was ransacked, and his computer, satellite receiver, and other belongings confiscated. He is currently being held at the Fuzhou No. 1 Detention Center.
