(Clearwisdom.net) Recently, because quite a few fellow practitioners were illegally arrested one after another, one of our local practitioners shared during a meeting how Teacher had given her a hint. She told us, "Just after finishing sending forth righteous thoughts at 3:00 p.m., I was pondering whether I should study Zhuan Falun or study Teacher's new lectures. All of a sudden, I heard, 'Dong,' the opening sound from my electronic book--very crispy and then the continuous sound of turning pages. The sound stopped after a few moments.
"Staring at what was happening, I wondered, how could the electronic book turn on by itself? And how could it turn pages automatically? With curiosity, I picked up the book and looked at it. What surprised me was that the screen showed the words, 'Stop the Evil Acts with Righteous Thoughts.' It was a hint from Teacher, I immediately thought, but I did not comprehend what problem of mine the hint corresponded to. Teacher was telling me to study well the lecture, 'Stop the Evil Acts with Righteous Thoughts.' So, I quickly and wholeheartedly studied the lecture a few times."
Later on, this fellow practitioner also enlightened to the understanding, "Since evil beings don't listen to our advice, and they still keep doing vicious things, we cannot let them do whatever they want - persecuting Dafa practitioners by arresting us and putting us on trial whenever they want. That's absolutely not right! Human society is not the place for evil beings to act, unrestrained. They are not qualified to test Dafa practitioners and they are the ones destined for elimination. Dafa practitioners' mission is saving sentient beings; we are not the ones to be persecuted."
Since practitioners were being persecuted by the Chinese Communist Party, I thought that sending forth righteous thoughts was only for saving fellow practitioners. In reality, that is a narrow view. From the perspective of being compassionate to the world's people and to give stern warnings to the evil beings, we should apply the divine power that Teacher has bestowed on us to stop evil acts with righteous thoughts.
I wish to remind fellow practitioners to again read Teacher's article, "Stop the Evil Acts with Righteous Thoughts," so that we can rationally validate the Fa, and save sentient beings. Let us not disappoint Teacher or fail to live up to his compassionate salvation.
