Italy: Falun Gong Practitioners Commemorate April 25th Appeal and Call for End to Persecution (Photos)

(Clearwisdom.net) On April 25, 2009, Falun Dafa practitioners from all over Italy came to the Chinese embassy and various famous tourist sites and held commemorative activities related to the "April 25" Appeal. They called on people from all walks of life to help stop the CCP's persecution of Falun Gong.

At 10:00 a.m., practitioners from Rome sat in front of the embassy to protest the crimes committed in  the persecution of Falun Gong practitioners over the last decade. In Italian and Chinese, respectively, the Rome practitioners read a press release regarding the tenth anniversary of the "April 25" peaceful appeal and solemnly warned the CCP that it cannot escape culpability. They urged people to separate themselves from the Chinese Communist organizations.

At a famous tourist attraction in Milan on Via Dante Street, which was named after the great poet Dante, groups of tourists stopped in front of a Falun Gong information desk. They were attracted by the beautiful and graceful movements of the Falun Gong exercises. After they learned about the CCP's brutal persecution of Falun Gong, they were touched by the peacefulness and diligence of the practitioners. Many tourists signed the petition to support Falun Gong and condemn the CCP's  atrocities.
