Mr. Liu Jinglu Exposes Torture at Jixi City Police Station: "I heard electric baton noises next door and then screaming from my wife." (Photos)

(Clearwisdom.net) Mr. Liu Jinglu and Ms. Sun Lixiang, husband and wife, are Falun Gong practitioners in Mishan City, Heilongjiang Province. Police from Mishan and Jixi City arrested them, tortured them for a long time and illegally sentenced them. On April 8, 2008, Sun Lixiang was sent to Harbin Women's Prison. Liu Jinglu is still detained at Jixi First Detention Center.

Liu Jinglu relates how he and his wife were tortured to force a confession

"On the evening of June 3, 2008, my wife and I were taken to the Jixi City Police Department. We were detained in two rooms next to each other. Five plainclothes policemen came to torture us and none of them showed any IDs. Among them was vicious policeman Li Gang from Mishan City. Two people were torturing me. One was thin, about 1.7 or 1.8 meters tall, another one heavy with glasses. Not long after the heavy policeman left the room, I heard electric baton noises next door and then screaming from my wife. With both hands cuffed to the chair and feet chained, I tried to stand up and say, 'You cannot treat a woman like this.'"

"The thin policeman came up and slapped me in the face, and yelled, 'Stop!'

"After a while, the heavy one came back and asked me, 'Are you ready to talk? Who have you been in contact with?' I replied, 'Nobody.' He said, 'If you do not want to talk, I have ways to make you.' He then took out a water bottle, poured out some water, and capped it again. Then he used the water bottle to hit my head hard. After he was tired, he took out an electric baton and shocked me on the head, nose and in the stomach. As he was shocking me, he said, 'This is lenient. Later I'll shock your penis. If I beat you to death, it will be considered a suicide. Nothing will happen.' He then punched my ears with both fists, used a wrench to press against my ear and also pressed hard on my collarbone. This lasted for about one hour.

"On the morning of June 4, the police exchanged rooms between me and my wife. They continued to torture us. I could hear my wife screaming in the next room. When it was time for the regular work hour, it was quiet. By noon, I could hear it again. I found a pile of hair on the floor in the room where my wife had been kept. It is the same color and length as my wife's hair. This is what my wife and I experienced on the evening of June 3. "
