Karmic Retribution Befalls Officials in Shandong, Fujian and Hebei Provinces

(Clearwisdom.net) Editors' note: In both Western and Chinese cultures, the principle of karmic retribution, that is, being held ultimately accountable for one's own actions, is widely accepted. The fundamental teaching of Falun Gong is the characteristic of the universe, Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance. The universe will reward acts that are in harmony with this principle, while doing things such as beating, torturing and murdering people will incur karmic retribution. Stated another way, good deeds will be rewarded with good, while evildoings will meet due retribution. Articles such as this one are meant as a compassionate reminder of this principle to those who would commit wrongdoing. While many of those who persecute Falun Gong are merely "following orders," the universal law requires that they, too, be held responsible for their actions, and that only by reversing their course of wrongdoing may they escape retribution.

Chief Procurator Liu Mingxin Dies

On June 2, 2009, Liu Mingxin died of a heart attack. He was only 55 years old. He was the procurator at the Qingdao Procuratorate.

From January 1998 to 2001, Liu Mingxin was the Shouguang City Chinese Communist Party (CCP) Committee Secretary in Shandong. During his tenure, he actively participated in persecuting Falun Gong practitioners by having them arrested, heavily fined, sent to labor camps, or imprisoned. In February 2007, Liu became the procurator at the Shandong Procuratorate. Since the beginning of 2008, more than ten practitioners were illegally sentenced.

Ex-Political Security Chief of Ninghua County Police Station in Fujian Province Is Near Death

He Zhenhuai, ex-political security chief of Ninghua County Police Station in Sanming City, Fujian Province, is suffering from nasal carcinoma. Although he has gone through chemotherapy several times, the cancer cells are still spreading. He has not been able to leave home for several years now. He has lost his vision and is awaiting his death. He is just over 50 years old.

After the persecution began on July 20, 1999, He Zhenhuai began actively persecuting practitioners. In order to get a promotion, he used extreme measures to torture practitioners. He severely persecuted Zhentu Village practitioner Huang Zequan and Shuixi Village practitioner Qiu Baosen in the Ninghua County Mental Hospital. He ordered a doctor to inject a lethal drug that affects the central nervous system into two practitioners. The conscientious doctor said, "After examining them, the two do not have any mental illness. We cannot inject that drug." As a result, the doctor was criticized by officials from an associated county department.

After being detained and tortured in Ninghua Mental Hospital for over six months, Huang Zequan and Qiu Baosen escaped from the hospital in the winter of 2002. He Zhenhuai chased the practitioners in a police car. When he was only 30 to 40 meters from Huang Zequan, He Zhenhuai's nose began to bleed profusely. He couldn't stop the bleeding and got blood all over himself. He Zhenhuai had to stop the chase and go to a hospital in Fuzhou. He was diagnosed with a nasal carcinoma.

He Zhenhuai has been in a lot of pain as he awaits his death. It has been said that he has some regrets.

CCP Member in the Zhangjiakou District of Hebei Province Dies

Liu Hepin, a security chief in Zuojiafang Village, Huaian County, Zhangjiakou, actively cooperated with the local 610 Office to persecute practitioners. He often led the local police to arrest and harass practitioners. Sometime in June 2004 (lunar calendar), Liu felt unwell. He went to Zhangjiakou Hospital, where he was diagnosed with cancer of the stomach. He died in August at the age of 44.

Liu Tingwang lived in Huangjiawan Village, Toubaihu Town, Huaian County, Zhangjiakou District. During his tenure on the village committee, he tore down many Dafa posters. Not long after, he suffered a stroke. In March 2008, he was burned to death in a fire accident. He was 66.

We suggest that those cooperating with the CCP to persecute practitioners stop immediately. Don't continue being accomplices to the CCP. Quit the CCP and its affiliated organizations and choose a bright future for yourself.

Zhang Zhaoyu from Yulinzhuang Village, Rizhuang Town, Laixi City, Shandong Province, Meets with Retribution

Zhang Zhaoyu, 54, lives in Yulinzhuang Village, Rizhuang Town, Laixi City, Shandong Province. In the summer of 2003, two practitioners were distributing truth-clarification materials in Yulinzhuang Village. Zhang reported them to the police even after the practitioners kindly clarified the truth to him. Officers from Rizhuang Town Police Station arrested the practitioners and took them to Qingdaodashan Police Station. The two practitioners were released after being detained for 40 days. Soon after their release, as the two practitioners were busy with their autumn harvest and planting, they were sent to Jinan Forced Labor Camp and Wang Village Forced Labor Camp for three years. They were subjected to inhuman persecution.

Soon after, Zhang Zhaoyu was in an accident - he flew off his motorcycle into a big ditch by the road and was badly injured. He is now in a vegetative state.
