On behalf of all the Turkish Falun Gong practitioners, the Turkish Falun Dafa Association recently sent a petition to the Human Rights Investigation Committee of the Turkish Grand National Assembly (TGNA) to expose the Chinese Communist regime's atrocities of persecuting and killing Falun Gong practitioners in over thirty concentration camps similar to the one in Sujiatun. The petition called on the Turkish authorities to help put an end to the cruel persecution and reckless killing of Falun Gong practitioners in China, which has lasted for over seven years.
On April 4, 2006, Mr. Mehmet Elkatmis, senior member of the TGNA and
chairman
of the Human Rights Investigation Committee of the TGNA, signed a reply
letter
in person to explicitly express the Committee's strong condemnation of
the
Chinese regime's atrocities. The following is the translation of the

Dear Ms. Goldring and Mr. Kocman of the Falun Dafa Association:
With regard to the petition addressed to this Committee in which you
explained that Falun Gong is illegally banned in China, and the fact
that Falun
Gong practitioners are being cruelly tortured and persecuted in China,
this
Committee has fully reviewed your appeal.
According to international human rights convention, cruel torture and
abuse are
absolutely prohibited, and these inhuman deeds are entirely
unacceptable. Around
the world, no matter where it is, this kind of cruel torture and abuse
are
considered crimes against humanity. This Committee therefore strongly
condemns
the behaviors of cruel torture and abuse against Falun Gong
practitioners.

On April 7-9, 2006, the Asian-European finance and economics minister's talk was held in Vienna, Austria. This meeting was a summit for finance and economics ministers of 25 European and 13 Asian countries including China. On the evening of the April 7 and the morning of the 8th and the 9th, Falun Gong practitioners held information day activities outside the front gate of Hofburg and the square to conduct peaceful protests of the persecution of Falun Gong by the Chinese Communist Party (CCP), in particular the harvesting of organs from live practitioners and later burning of the bodies to eliminate the evidence.

Vienna in early spring is particularly beautiful. The capital of music welcomed another high tourism season, and the streets were crowded. The activity by Falun Gong practitioners attracted a large number of visitors who stopped and watched. Graceful exercises and the banners and exhibition boards that revealed the truth of the persecution formed a sharp contrast. When people learned about the acts of the CCP in taking organs from live Falun Gong practitioners at the concentration camps for profit, they were all shocked. A lot of people inquired whether they could sign their names to show support for the practitioners and about ways they could help. A Jewish descendant came over and said that it was no different from the Nazis. He had heard about the news of the persecution of Falun Gong in other places.
A pair of visitors from Germany told the practitioners that they saw activities by Falun Gong practitioners revealing the Sujiatun concentration camp while they were traveling in Hong Kong the previous week. A local resident listened to the practitioner's explanation and then said that people should not go to China.
A young man from China told the practitioners that he and his friends can break through the blockade and see the Chinese websites abroad. They knew the truth of persecution. He said that there was no system of checks and balances. One person has the final say.
A group of tourists from China saw the activity and were surprised at the prevalence of Falun Gong.
On the evening of April 8, Falun Gong practitioners went to the venue for the next meeting, the famous summer palace--the beautiful Schoenbrunn. Opposite the main entrance of palace, the practitioners held banners, and practiced the auspicious exercises. Cars carrying representatives for the meeting slowly passed by the practitioners. People in the car, with their eyes wide open, saw the banners saying, "The CCP's Sujiatun Concentration Camp Takes Organs from Living Falun Gong Practitioners." The practitioners originally applied for this activity at 7:30 in the evening, yet the police on duty specifically told the practitioners to arrive at 7 o'clock, otherwise it would be too late.
In the morning of April 9, which was the last day of the meeting, Falun Gong practitioners again appeared at the meeting venue. The representatives of various countries for the conference had another opportunity to see the shocking exhibition boards and banner. They saw Falun Gong practitioners dressed neatly in yellow outfits practice the exercises in a happy and auspicious manner, and repeatedly looked back.
This year Austria is the presiding country of the European Union. Falun Gong practitioners in Austria made more efforts to reveal the CCP's persecution of Falun Gong practitioners to the representatives and people in Austria in order to help stop the persecution as soon as possible.
On Tuesday, April 11, 2006, Falun Gong practitioners held a rally in front of the Office Building of Canadian Liberal Party leader Bill Graham. They requested that the largest opposition party in Canada--the Liberal Party, propose a resolution in parliament urging the newly-elected Prime Minister, head of the Conservative Party, Stephen Harper's government to condemn the Chinese Communist Party's (CCP) atrocities of having built more than 36 secret concentration camps and harvesting organs from living Falun Gong practitioners. They also requested that the government send groups of investigators to comprehensively investigate all forced labor camps and concentration camps in China.

Bill Graham's office is located on Toronto's famous Bloor Street, and a steady flow of people passed by Falun Gong practitioners' protest banners, truth clarification display boards and reenactment of live organ harvesting. Many people took the flyers and signed the petition calling for an end to the persecution. Some people stopped to learn more about the truth.
An older man passed by, who tightly held the hands of a Falun Gong practitioner and could not speak for a long period of time. He later said in tremble, "I believe all this is true. ... Life is precious." While saying these words, tears ran down his face.
A western man walked to the front of the banners, and when a practitioner was about to explain to him about things happening in China, he took the signature collection board, and while signing his name he said, "You don't need to explain to me, I know your message. In the past years, I have been paying attention to the Falun Gong news. You have done very well, Good Luck!" He then took a flyer and left in a hurry.
A western woman said, "I very much believe that the persecution pictures you have provided are true." She saw the photos of practitioners who have been miserably tortured to death and said, "It is indeed true." She then signed the petition.
Many students passed by. Since they grew up in peaceful Canada, they have seldom seen such vivid ruthless scenes. Many girls covered their faces, but after inquiring and learning about the persecution happening in China, they signed the petition and then left while covering their faces.
Some people read the information on the flyer about the CCP's live organ harvesting from Falun Gong practitioners, and they suggested, "You should collect signatures, so the Canadian government will feel pressure, and may support you."
Some passersby requested several flyers from practitioners and said they would give them to others. A western young man took some flyers and helped practitioners to distribute them. He then brought the remaining flyers back to his office.
The activity also drew the attention of local media. On Monday, two Canadian media outlets, "City TV" and "Now" magazine conducted interviews on the rally.
Since the revelation of dark truth about the Chinese Communist regime (CCP) harvesting organs from living Falun Gong practitioners in secret concentration camps last month, all kinds of information has surfaced showing that the CCP authorities have transferred detained Falun Gong practitioners to other places to carry out a large-scale killing to destroy evidence. As the situation is urgent, a group of Falun Gong practitioners in Hong Kong once again appealed outside the Legislative Council Building to call on members of the Legislative Council to urgently support the international joint investigation of persecution facts and stop the CCP's genocidal killing.

In the morning, more than 50 Falun Gong practitioners once again did meditation outside the Legislative Council Building, and delivered an open letter to all members of the Legislative Council who came for a meeting. Some practitioners later paraded to the HK Government Headquarters to deliver the open letter to Chief Executive Zeng Yinquan and the Chief Secretary for Administration Xu Shiren.
The open letter cited the latest report from the World Organization to Investigate the Persecution of Falun Gong. It pointed out that organ transplant operations are currently intensively carried out in at least 15 provinces, cities and autonomous regions in China. A large-scale killing to destroy the evidence is covertly taking place. The international community has no reason to passively wait any longer, which will only see the crimes escalate.
The open letter says, "In today's 21st century, crimes of large-scale live organ harvesting are still taking place. It is sad for China, and a disgrace of humanity. It challenges the bottom line of human beings' morality and racks everyone's conscience."
"We call on the United Nations and related international organizations, governments and parliaments to:
- Strongly condemn the CCP regime's crimes against humanity targeting Falun Gong practitioners and other free believers.
- Support and participate in forming a Joint Investigation Group, demanding to go to China to conduct independent, direct, non-interfering investigations and evidence-collection. The group should comprehensively investigate all forced labor camps and related facilities where Falun Gong practitioners have been locked up, and the persecution facts of Falun Gong, so as to end the nearly seven-year brutal persecution as soon as possible.
The open letter urges the CCP authorities to immediately release all illegally detained Falun Gong practitioners and prisoners of conscience, respond according to the facts, and unconditionally cooperate with the investigations from the international community.
Regarding the CCP's high sounding words of welcoming the international media to investigate Sujiatun, a spokesperson for the Hong Kong Falun Dafa Association questions, "We are worried that the Falun Gong practitioners and prisoners of conscience who have been locked up in the Sujiatun Concentration Camp have been transferred to other concentration camps and forced labor camps, so we are wondering if these so-called investigating groups will see the true situation."
She also pointed out that the local media and international media have not made many reports on the CCP's live organ harvests. Most of them refuse to reveal the truth, using an excuse of there being insufficient evidence. She said, "When an incident is very serious, it will be not our responsibility to provide evidence. We call on the United Nations and related organizations, governments and parliaments of all countries to find evidence on this atrocity."
Member of Legislative Council Liang Guoxiong came to the appeal zone during noon break to learn about the incident of live organ harvests from Falun Gong practitioners. He directly denounced such a thing to be absurd, "If there is a target to harvest organs, it is even more appalling. If it comes down to political persecution, it is even more intolerable. Previously there were death-roll prisoners who had their organs removed, but now they are not death-roll prisoners, but living people, who legally have not been sentenced to death. This is even more absurd, because they beat him to death for his organs, it is intolerable."
It has been a long time that many foreign patients have come to mainland China for organ transplants. Liang Guoxiong believed that there must be a huge source of organs for transplant. He said, "It is so strange why there are so many live organs waiting for people to transplant, what is on earth happening? I feel the inland government (the CCP) is responsible to submit a report."
"You trade by sacrificing living people and their happiness. It is immoral. If as a means of political persecution, it is even more immoral, so I hope everyone will pay attention to this issue."
On the morning of April 9, 2006, Falun Gong practitioners in Los Angeles held a protest at the Santa Monica Seaside against the Chinese Communist regime's (CCP) atrocious mass killing of Falun Gong practitioners, harvesting their organs while they are still alive and then cremating their remains to destroy the evidence. The practitioners reenacted the CCP's brutal live organ harvesting and displayed the facts to visitors with signs and posters in both Chinese and English. People signed the petition condemning the CCP's barbaric atrocities after learning the truth of the situation.
People are Shocked and in Disbelief that the CCP is so Inhuman
There are often many visitors at the Santa Monica Seaside on weekends and holidays. Facts were disclosed to the public in early March about the CCP atrocities at the secret Sujiatun Concentration Camp in Shenyang. People were shocked to learn that a large number of Falun Gong practitioners have been locked up there and their organs harvested while they are still alive and then sold for profit. Since the crimes were exposed, the CCP has transferred Falun Gong practitioners to other places and intensively conducted organ transplant operations. While mass killing victims, the CCP continues to make bloody profits from it. To stop the mass killing, Falun Gong practitioners in the western part of the city held a truth clarification and signature collection activity on April 9 at the seaside. Visitors felt it unbelievable that the CCP could be so inhuman.

A tourist from Luxemburg, Europe expressed that he hadn't learned about this terrible thing until now, and felt it was unbelievable. People have the right to seek and enjoy freedom, and the CCP tyranny deprives people of their lives and freedom of beliefs. It is so shocking. He was very grateful to practitioners for exposing this matter and hoped they would keep up with their efforts to let more people learn about it.
Another visitor stopped in front of the signs, posters and practitioners who were doing the exercises, and videotaped a variety of scenes. He expressed that the CCP is so debased. He called on President Bush to protect people and ask Hu Jintao to stop murdering his compatriots when he comes to visit.
The police on duty also showed their understanding when practitioners explained to them about the persecution of Fauln Gong practitioners in China. They said they would like to help with signature collection if they were not on duty.

People Call for Attention and Concerns
The practitioner who reenacted the victim of live organ harvest expressed that though lying there, he was disturbed after hearing the practitioner nearby explain about the fellow practitioners who have been killed in concentration camps and had their organs removed while they were still alive, he was so sad. He called on President Bush to stop the repeat of the Nazis' concentration camps, and stop the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) from continuing its brutal crimes against innocent people.
Ms. Li, who was once detained in the CCP's forced labor camp, hoped that Bush would not stay silent when Hu Jintao comes to visit, and also hoped he speaks out to stop the CCP's atrocities so as to secure the entire world from disaster.
A Falun Gong practitioner from Taiwan said that several years ago her mother-in-law had a kidney problem, and was confronted with a choice between kidney dialysis and kidney transplant. At the time, there was a kidney transplant tourist group in Taiwan ready to go to China, but she decided not go with the group for a kidney transplant in China because it was reported that some people who went to the mainland for kidney transplants experienced effects that were not good. Now from the revelations of the Sujiatun incident, she understood that the patients would not have good effects after organ transplants if the organs were mercilessly harvested from people who were still alive. She called on the world's people not to give any chances to the CCP, and to work together to stop the CCP's immoral and inhuman atrocities.
