To Fellow Practitioners

On July 8th, 2001, Master issued a new article "Fa-Rectification and Cultivation." Master says: "In the face of the groundless harming, in the face of Dafa's persecution, and in the face of the injustice forced upon us, we cannot handle things or categorically accept things the way it was done before in personal cultivation, because Dafa disciples are now in the Fa-rectification period. If a problem isn't caused by our own attachments or mistakes, then it must be that the evil is interfering or doing bad things..."
Use every effort to break through the blockade mainland China has on the truth. That the people are unclear on the truth is the foundation upon which the evil is depending to maintain itself. When the people have all understood the truth, that will be the moment that the evil completely collapses.
Killing innocent, kind people who live by Zhen-Shan-Ren (Truth-Compassion-Forbearance) is not only utterly devoid of conscience, it is a persecution against the basic rights of existence of human beings, it is a persecution of the right to believe, it is a persecution against "Zhen-Shan-Ren." It is very dangerous for any government, country, or nationality to not have a correct stance on something this critical.
Recently, the number of death cases has increased tremendously. This is why we must urgently mobilize, use different means and methods, different channels, to effectively help the entire society know about those cases of deaths that have come about through the persecution (as well as other cases of persecution that are equally vicious). This enables different levels of governments, different organizations, and the people in every country and every region to take action apart from being shocked by the cases, and it enables them to stand up for the public good, for humankind, and for basic moral values. This is truly saving humankind.
Through various channels call upon the entire society broadly and profoundly: "Stop the killing," "SOS! Urgent: Rescue the Falun Gong Practitioners Persecuted in China."
Only if there is first clarification of the truth by practitioners will there be the seeing of the truth by the people of the world. Only by clarifying the whole truth can there be overall salvation of the people. Allow righteous people of all occupations in society, all social strata, all ages, all races, different countries, and different cultural backgrounds to resonate with the urgent rescue and extend a helping hand.

The large-scale "natural disasters," the injuries and deaths of lawless policemen (and their family members), the punishment by law of the corrupt officials, etc., that have occurred in Mainland China, are a direct result of the sins the beings there have committed against Dafa. Every one of those corrupt officials that has been exposed has helped the evil slander Zhen-Shan-Ren and persecute Falun Gong. The current "natural and man-made disasters" are only the beginning of the retribution. If the people don't come to realize it, there will be greater catastrophes still to come. Therefore, telling people that good will be rewarded with good and evil will be met with evil is truly caring about, protecting, and being compassionate to all beings.
When the evil ones brainwash Falun Gong practitioners in China, they even administer psychotropic drugs without the practitioners' knowledge, use psychological tactics, exhaust them physically, and other devious and underhanded methods. They blatantly take advantage of the attachments that the practitioners have not yet removed to lure them into renouncing cultivation, and make them do "what a Dafa disciple absolutely should not and cannot do."
"Master wants to save all beings. But the evil forces are truly committing sins against Dafa by using all beings, with the ultimate purpose of destroying the beings" (Dafa is Indestructible, June 23, 2001). Handle everything with the big picture of Fa-rectification in mind and with determined, righteous thoughts. Then the evil's attempts to confuse us will not be able to make us falter at all.
Teacher recently said: "So in clarifying the truth, don't wait, don't rely on others, and don't just hope for changes in external factors. Every one of us is creating history for the future, that's why everyone is not only participating in group activities, but also taking the initiative to look for work to do. As long as something is good for Dafa, you should take the initiative to do it, take the initiative to work on it." (To All Students at the Nordic Fa Conference, June 17, 2001)
We are Dafa particles who have gone through Fa-rectification. We should evaluate and handle everything from the perspective of Dafa and with Zhen-Shan-Ren in mind. Truly manifest the compassion and the mighty virtue of our pure, righteous thoughts.
