Case Description:
Ms. Yin Huiying was 57 years old; she lived in Qiaodong Township, Haozhou City, Anhui Province. Ms. Yi started practicing Falun Gong in 1998. As a result, she was free of illness. When the persecution started in 1999, the police harassed her on many occasions. In January 2000, she was detained for 15 days. Her husband was also persecuted. He was illegally detained for more than 100 days. Ms. Yi had to leave her home to avoid further persecution. Later, she suffered a stroke and died on the afternoon of May 13, 2003.
