Mr. Mu Zhenluan, 67 years old, was a Dingzhou City resident from Baoding District, Hebei Province. After the persecution started in 1999, because he practiced Falun Dafa, he was fined and the local officials ransacked his home many times. He suffered deep mental and physical anguish from the persecution. In November 2003, he passed away.
