Dafa practitioner Liu Hongxue, male, 57-year-old, was a resident of Gangyaoling Town, Nanpiao District, Huludao City, Liaoning Province. He was an employee of Nanpiao District Sanitation Bureau. He was mentally tortured after he was kidnapped and detained in a brainwashing class. His physical condition declined steadily and he passed away at home in May 2000.
