Ms. Chen Yanying was a Falun Dafa practitioner from Ningjin County, Hebei Province. After suffering brutal torture in the Gaoyang Forced Labor Re-education Camp in Hebei Province for one year, her health was in critical condition. To avoid responsibility for her death, the labor camp sent her home. Ms. Chen Yanying passed away 4 hours after arriving home.
