At present, for every disciple both inside and outside of China, clarifying the truth of Falun Gong to people around the world is the most important task in "assisting the teacher in the human world".

Jiang Zemin, a Wicked Person Who has Deceived the Chinese People and Those All Over the World

----- Some Thoughts After Reading His Brochure Against Falun Gong

            A western practitioner at my local practice group recently wrote letters to Chinese embassies and consulates around the world.  In those letters, he sincerely listed the great physical and mental benefits, that Falun Gong had brought him and earnestly appealed to the Chinese Government to stop the persecution of Falun Gong.  However, in response, the Chinese consulate in the United Kingdom, sent him back a brochure entitled "Falun Gong is XX", which stopped at no limits to slander and spread lies about Falun Gong.  Reading the brochure left this U.S. citizen, from South America, completely heartbroken.  After quickly glancing through the brochure myself, I have even more clearly recognized the despicable methods that Jiang Zemin, and several other wicked people, used to deceive the Chinese people and those all over the world.

            The brochure is full of horrible color pictures, from cover to cover, of people who have hung themselves, disemboweled themselves, and died in a pool of blood.  Had I not personally seen the brochure I could hardly believe that there is a person malicious, filthy and shameless enough to spread these gory and horrifying brochures everywhere.

            This is the explanation for the brutal crackdown against Falun Gong that Jiang Zemin has given to people all over the world and yet his explanation is built upon deceit and lies.  Whoever has read any books of Falun Gong will know that Falun Gong disciples would definitely not commit any acts like those described in the brochure.  

After a person deceives others once, twice, or three times, will you still believe him?

            Please take a closer look:

·       One (Chinese government controlled) TV station interviewed a hospital patient telling him to lie that his illness was a result of practicing Falun Gong.  In return, the TV station promised to reimburse his medical expenses.

·       A practitioner was riding a bicycle across a small bridge with her children and in order to avoid hitting and injuring a pedestrian, she purposely drove off of the bridge.  This incident was then reported on CCTV (China Central Television, controlled by the Chinese government) as the case of a mentally disturbed Falun Gong practitioner who jumped into a river with her children to commit suicide.  

·       A murderer who had never practiced Falun Gong was broadcasted nationwide as a Falun Gong practitioner.  

These kinds of malicious fabrications are too numerous to mention.

To look at it from another perspective, if Jiang Zemin really had the truth on his side, why has he tried to use secret tactics to cover up what he has done?

·       All efforts were made to destroy Falun Gong books and tapes so that people would not be able to find out what Falun Gong really is and have no choice but to listen to the fabricated propaganda.  If Falun Gong were not good, why not let the people read its books and make their own judgment?

·       The trials of four Falun Gong practitioners, including Mr. Li Chang, were specifically held on Christmas Day, a holiday for all foreign reporters, and the public was prohibited from attending.  None of the trials of Falun Gong practitioners after that were open to the public.  If Falun Gong practitioners were really "harmful to the society", then why didn’t they allow the general public to attend and become educated?

·       Film negatives and audiotapes, taken by foreign reporters and visitors, documenting the policemen beating Falun Gong practitioners in Tiananmen Square, were taken away by force.

·       Private letters have been illegally opened and read, in order to prevent Falun Gong materials from spreading.

·       Falun Gong Internet websites are blocked and Falun Gong related e-mails have been intercepted.

There are so many other cases, which are too numerous to list.

Jiang Zemin has used every available means to stop the Chinese people from knowing the truth about Falun Gong.  People are not able to read any Falun Gong books and have no choice but to listen to the government's distorted propaganda campaign.  

In the past, I could not understand why those Chinese who just came from China were so fearful of Falun Gong and whenever they heard Falun Gong mentioned, they would duck quickly.  Please think about it, if those horrible pictures like the one published in the brochure have been repeatedly broadcast nationwide or exhibited in museums for "organized" visits by working people and school children,  then the vicious atmosphere of terror is unimaginable to those of us who live overseas.

Overseas, Falun Gong books are available in many bookstores and can be downloaded for free from the Internet.  People have the opportunity to know what Falun Gong really is about.  Therefore, Jiang Zemin shamelessly tried to give overseas people a wrong impression about Falun Gong by using such gory pictures.  It is hard to believe that the leader of a country, famous for it’s "ancient civilization," would hand out such disgusting material as a "state gift" to the president of the United States of America.

            The Chinese embassies and consulates have spread these kinds of brochures in many places and acted as if they had "solid evidence".  If an international media delegation wanted to go to China today to report on and investigate the Falun Gong issue independently, will Jiang Zemin allow them to do so? Will he dare permit it?

            Jiang Zemin lies in order to safeguard his own personal interests.  He lies to everyone from government officials to ordinary people at home and abroad.  He made up all these lies to hide the truth from every Chinese citizen and to escape international condemnation.  In fact, these actions let people clearly see the reason why Jiang Zemin is so afraid of Falun Gong.  The fundamental reason is that Jiang Zemin has thoroughly departed from the principle of truthfulness, compassion, and forbearance. 

            The villain is holding sway over the people and yet the villain will not hold sway forever.  One day in the future when Jiang Zemin is being judged by the universal truth he will not have the chance to regret.
