[Changchun City, Jilin Province] Two Female Practitioners Tortured to Death in Changchun City's No.3 Police Station
Two female practitioners were tortured to death recently in No.3 Police Station of Changchun City. The police have completely blocked the news and details need further investigation. Ten elderly practitioners are also detained there. Several types of epidemic diseases are spread in the station. This situation is very critical.
On September 24 and 25, practitioners in Changchun City sent forth righteous thoughts and were able to clear away Dafa-slandering exhibition boards in front of Jilin Province's Cultural Activity Center. Additionally, they set up small speakers to promote Dafa.
[Shandong Province] Stories of Practitioners Rectifying the Fa
Since the beginning of August, practitioners in a town of Shandong Province took the initiative to join the Fa-rectification progress. They have continuously and widely distributed truth-clarifying materials, hung up large and small banners and placed posters all over town. Practitioners even hung a banner in front of the town government, which was very remarkable, effectively promoting Dafa and eliminating the evil. This showed practitioners' invincible mighty power and a newly rectified world.
On the afternoon of September 22, five practitioners from that town went to Beijing to rectify the Fa. With righteous thoughts in their minds all the way, at 12 p.m. on September 23, they entered Tiananmen Square and selected a spot with many people, sent forth righteous thoughts to eliminate the evil and "froze" the vicious plainclothes policemen with supernormal abilities. The five held up a banner reading, "Restore the Reputation of Falun Dafa" and shouted, "Falun Dafa is Good! Restore the Reputation of our Teacher!" and then bravely walked through Tiananmen Square. Some tourists were astonished; some took pictures. The practitioners were magnanimous and calm. Afterwards, they handed out some flyers and returned home unharmed. Their Fa-rectifying activities in Beijing only took forty hours to complete.

Zhang Jinlei is a dweller from Yishui County's Cuijiayu Township/Xiachangzhuang Village. In September 2001 he went to appeal in Beijing. The town government ransacked his home and confiscated his family's bank deposits. Zhang Jinlei is now illegally detained in a custodial center.
Recently, male practitioner Liu Minhai and female practitioner Li Minyan were detained in a brainwashing class in Fengjia Village.
[Mengyin County, Shandong Province] Dafa Practitioner Yang Junlei Deprived of His Right to Take the National College Entrance Examination
Yang Junlei, a 19-year-old male practitioner and recent high school graduate, is from Xinanyu Village, Liancheng Town, Mengyin County, Shandong Province. On April 30, 2001 he went to Beijing to appeal. Beijing police caught him, and beat him up so brutally that he became deaf in one ear. Local policemen escorted him back home where he was then illegally detained for one month. He was arrested and brought to the town government, along with his Father Yang Zhenquan, his mother, and even his uncles Yang Zhenhua and Yang Zhenguo, who did not practice Falun Gong.
Instigated by Li Zhiye, the county secretary of the Political and Judiciary Committee, the head of the town, Ji Shengyu, organized the search of Yang Junlei's home. They confiscated furniture, electrical equipment and six pigs. In addition, they forced Yang's family to hand over 7,400 Yuan in cash. The value of the confiscated items and the cash totaled 10,400 Yuan (the average monthly income in rural China is only about 500 Yuan). Yang's two uncles were released after a one-month detention. Yang Junlei himself and his parents were detained in a garage during the hot summer weather. There were no beds inside. They had been detained an additional two months and told to hand in 5,600 Yuan more. The family was in poverty already and could not pay the money. They were forced to write an IOU and then were released.
The unreasonable persecutors would not excuse practitioner's parents and relatives who did not practice Falun Gong. Yang Junlei was deprived of the right to participate in the National College Entrance Examination, preventing him of his right of further education. Now he stays at home with his parents to do farm work.
[Zizhong City, Sichuan Province] Nanmusi Women's Labor Camp Authorities Force Practitioners to Manufacture Commercial Labor Camp Products
Nanmusi Women's Labor Camp director Wang Baojun, party secretary Wu Guangyuan, vice director Pan Jianjun, instructor Deng Zhenhua and office manager Chen Wenqiu disclosed the truth that the labor camp authorities forced practitioners to manufacture labor camp products. It's said that the labor camp mainly manufactures lamps and polishes diamonds. Practitioners are forced to work over 10 hours a day and were paid only 7 cents (less than one U.S. cent). We strongly protest the cruel persecution against cultivators conducted by Nanmusi Women's Labor Camp authorities.
