The Husband of a Falun Gong Practitioner Admonishes Members of the "610 Office"

One day, several members of the "610 Office" went to a Beijing practitioner's home to arrest her. She was not home at the time, but her husband was. When he discovered what their purpose was, he questioned them sternly: "You '610 Office' people are not the police, are not the court, are not the procuratorate, and are not prison officials either. Which so-called 'regulation' allows you to arrest people at will?"

One of the "610 Office" members thought that they were untouchable and replied, "The government has labeled Falun Gong as an illegal organization. Your wife practices Falun Gong, so we have the authority to arrest her." Her husband rebuked the man: "You dare say that they [Falun Gong practitioners] are an illegal organization? You are! What is your '610 Office'? Who organizes it? Has the People's Congress approved it? Have the powers of this 'Office' been recorded in the law? You act above the law and recklessly arrest people, depriving them of the personal freedoms that belong to a law-abiding citizen. You are the one's who belong to an 'illegal organization' that is 'secretly organized'!"

Upon hearing this, the "610 Office" member could do nothing about the situation and left in haste.

Practitioners' families and friends, as well as the general public are awakening to the truth about Falun Gong and the persecution more and more.

A Suggestion From a Police Chief on how to Improve Truth Clarification

One day a police station head in Sichuan Province gave a Falun Gong practitioner from the countryside some advice on how to improve their truth clarification efforts. He said, "Your signs (stickers with words like 'Falun Dafa is good' that are posted on electricity posts in the countryside) should be posted carefully and neatly and they should not all be posted in one small area. This will maximize your effectiveness."
