(Clearwisdow.net) I wish to report the facts about the four sisters: Ma Fang, Ma Lan, Ma Yan, and Ma Li, and their mother. They all worked at the Refrigerator Factory in Jilin City, and they were subjected to a lawless persecution. The perpetrators were the director of the Shijinggou Police Station, Fengman District, Jilin City, Jilin Province, along with its police officers, and the Shijinggou Street Police Office.

Ms. Ma Fang, her three sisters, and her mother all practice Falun Gong. Due to their previous poor health, they have all suffered the misery of illness, and their lives were very difficult. Ma Fang especially, had to have a kidney removed, and suffered from uterine fibroid tumors and heart disease. Since learning Falun Gong however, they all regained their health. They also developed immense kindness. I am not a Falun Gong practitioner, but I have truly witnessed the miracles and virtue of Falun Gong. Since the ban of Falun Gong by Jiang's regime began, police officers in the Shijingguo Police Station have participated in the persecution of Falun Gong practitioners. Just for practicing Falun Gong, the four sisters Ma Fang, Ma Lan, Ma Yan, and Ma Li were all sentenced to forced labor camps, and their mother was also detained without due process. Only their father, who did not practice Falun Gong, was left at home. He suffered tremendously from the experience.

1. Police Officers from Shijingguo Police Station Lawlessly Break into the Homes of Citizens and Conduct Illegal Searches

At approximately 9:00 a.m. on July 12, 2004, Ma Fang went to the Shijingguo Police Station attempting to visit and bring food to Falun Gong practitioner Gao Yueli, who was detained there, but she was not allowed to see the practitioner. Soon after she left the police station, police officers from the police station broke into Ma Fang's house to search it without a warrant or evidence. They found two Falun Dafa books and a flyer, so they forcibly arrested Ma Fang. They then immediately went to the Wuji Noodle Restaurant, which was operated by Ma Fang, to arrest other practitioners. The door was locked, so they broke down the door and conducted a thorough search, leaving it in a complete mess. The policemen then went to the home of Ma Fang's parents to conduct another search, but they were not at home. Finding nothing, the policemen again searched Ma Li's house.

Article 39 of the Constitution of the People's Republic of China stipulates: "...the residential house of the citizens of the People's Republic of China is not subject to entry. Illegal search or entry of a citizen's house is prohibited." The actions of the police officers from the Shijingguo Police Station, Fengman District, Jilin City, in searching the homes of Ma Fang, Ma Lan, Ma Li, and their mother, Lin Shuqing, without a search warrant violates the Chinese constitution.

2. Violations of Civil Rights, Secret Trials of Falun Gong Practitioners, and Forced Confessions through Violence

Ma Fang's parents then went to the police station to see her and request her release. Ni Jun, the director of the police station, not only refused to release her, but further accused her of associating with other Falun Gong practitioners. Ma Fang's father affirmed, "She did not associate with other Falun Gong practitioners." At this point, a swarm of police officers surrounded him and beat him. Ma Fang's mother, who is over seventy years old and has heart disease, became pale and fell to the floor.

The policemen did not stop here. They dragged her parents to a room, handcuffed them, and interrogated them. After about thirty minutes, Ma Fang's father collapsed. Ni Jun turned to interrogate Ma Fang's mother. He demanded: "Did your daughter Ma Yan call me?" Her mother answered: "She doesn't know your phone number." Ni Jun said ferociously, "I wish that I had detained all five of you, you and your daughters. If I catch Ma Yan, I will break her legs, or hire somebody to torture her to death!"

Several national laws clearly state that detainees shall not be beaten or tortured. The director, Ni Jun, and some police officers from the Shijingguo Police Station, conducted illegal interrogations of innocent persons who were over seventy years old. They used violence to force confessions from them. Ni Jun and the police officers are responsible for upholding the law, but instead they violate the law. They sabotage and undermine the law and the people's trust.

3. Arresting People and Confiscating Belongings without Criminal Evidence

Policemen hid near Ma Yan's apartment unit for several days in order to arrest her. At 2:00 p.m. on July 16, 2004, Ma Yan was arrested when she went from her third floor apartment to a friend's apartment on the first floor to wash her clothes. The police then illegally searched her unit. They did not find any evidence, only an old reference book on laws. Nevertheless, they took her computer and dictation machine that she used to help her son with his studies.

After this incident, the policemen often came to the home of Ma Yan's friend and accused her of harboring criminals. The neighbor became ill from the constant threats and intimidation.

4. Police Fabricate Evidence to Frame Practitioners

The police found only two Falun Dafa books, one flyer, and some old reference books on the law in their searches. They determined that the evidence was inadequate to achieve their goal. They colluded with the head of the local police office, Wang Yingfan, to fabricate evidence and to frame the detainees. The search records were falsified to read, "Ma Fang: 15 books, 9 flyers, 4 audiotapes," and "Ma Yan: 1 book, 15 flyers, 4 audiotapes."

They now had adequate (fabricated) evidence to arrest Ma Fang and Ma Yan, and they sentenced them to one year in a forced labor camp. I am a witness. I saw the unfairness and want to intervene and expose the lawless actions of the policemen from the Shijinggou Police Station.

According to the above facts, Director Ni Jun and some police officers from the Shijinggou Police Station, Fengman District Police Bureau, Jilin City, violated the Constitution of the People's Republic of China, the Criminal Law, and the Police Regulations in handling the above case, and committed punishable crimes.
