Cultivate the Divine Side, Let Go of the Human Mentality

Recently, quite a few fellow practitioners have experienced sickness karma. Some were even in very serious condition and had thoughts of going to see a doctor at critical times. When we first started cultivation, we might have had the thought of getting rid of illnesses and improving health. It wasn't wrong to have had these thoughts at that time. However, it is not right to still have these thoughts today, when Fa-rectification is taking place. Dafa does bring us health and happiness, but as a practitioner, how can we genuinely come to an understanding from the perspective of the Fa?

Cultivation is a process of constant improvement in understanding the principles of the Fa, in changing the human mentality we had when we started to practice, and in getting rid of our fundamental attachments. Since we are cultivating in the human world and we are breaking through from the microscopic particles of our body towards the outer surface, our appearance on the surface is quite similar to that of everyday people. As practitioners, we should let go of our human mentality and be steadfast in our belief and righteous understanding of Master and the Fa.

As practitioners who have gone through all these years of persecution, we should be able to view things very rationally. In the past it was our human side that was cultivating, and now it is the improving process of our "divine side," having made use of the power bestowed by Master and the power of our divine side in eliminating the evil and saving sentient beings. Master warns us,

"Dafa disciples, you are golden light in the mortal world, the hope of the world's people, Fa-disciples who help Master, and future Fa-Kings. Keep diligent, Awakened Ones that walk the earth: Everything of today will be the glory of the future." ("Congratulatory Message")

Let our divine side become truly divine and in control of ourselves.
