For quite a long time, I experienced interference when I was sending forth righteous thoughts. I did not pay much attention to sending righteous thoughts on the four times daily when Dafa practitioners around the world sent righteous thoughts together. I always sent righteous thoughts according to my own time. As a result, sometimes I did send a lot of righteous thoughts, but other times I did little or even forgot all about it when I was busy.

One day I was reading practitioners’ experience-sharing articles when I suddenly realized why I did not pay much attention to sending righteous thoughts at the four times. Dafa practitioners are one body. Joining the global send forth righteous thoughts plays a great role in purifying the environment, reducing the persecution and saving sentient beings. I realized the seriousness of the interference.

I began to require myself to join the four times of global send forth righteous. At the start the interference was very severe. I started to cleanse myself at 11:50 instead of 11:55. But somebody came to speak to me at that time and I didn’t remember to send righteous thoughts after I finished talking twenty minutes later. I always slept through the time for sending righteous thoughts in the morning. The interference in my mind always said, "You are not able to persevere. Forget about it. Just do righteous thoughts according to your own time." But I knew this was not right and was determined to overcome it. I set the alarm at 5:30 a.m. and sometimes I set the alarm at 11:30 p.m. as well. In this way I reminded myself and woke myself up. Gradually the interference became less severe.

After a period of time I clearly felt that the interference with my Fa study was becoming less and I was able to concentrate and focus easily. But the most obvious feeling I had was that I had let go of much of my attachment of fear. I became more and more clear on how to clarify the truth.

It is really important to send righteous thoughts at the set times with practitioners around the world. For those practitioners who come across strong interference, we have to think hard about how we study the Fa and how we maintain and send strong righteous thoughts. Among the practitioners I know, I find that lots of them somewhat neglect sending righteous thoughts at the set times. Those who can really send righteous thoughts at the four times are not that numerous. I think it is an omission for our whole body. The practitioners in Mainland China have to think about it. Do we participate in sending righteous thoughts with practitioners all over the world? If it doesn’t matter whether or not we send righteous thoughts with other practitioners, then why did Master ask us to do so? If it is very important, why then do we miss it? I hope all practitioners will think hard about this issue. If all of us can send righteous thoughts four times every day at the set times, it will play a great role in cultivating ourselves, reducing the persecution, and saving sentient beings.
