Mr. Zeng Zhaokuan's Entire Family Persecuted in Chifeng City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region for Many Years

I. An entire family benefits from practicing Falun Gong
Mr. Zeng Zhaokuan and his family live in a remote village in Songshan District, Chifeng City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. Before practicing Falun Gong, his wife and daughter had poor health and many illnesses. His wife, Ms. Ji Lanrong, had a hard tumor in her lower abdominal area that often caused her pain. Because the family was poor and had to provide schooling for three daughters, she could only afford painkillers or anti-inflammation drugs on some occasions. The oldest daughter often had headaches, dizziness, common colds and neurasthenia. She took a lot of medicine, but didn't see any improvement. Since learning Falun Gong in 1996, Mr. Zeng's wife and daughter experienced better health and their illnesses went away. The whole family lived in harmony.

(Clearwisdom.net) Ms. Wang Yanfeng, 46, lived in Jieguan Township, Anlu City, Hubei Province. On April 14, 2008, Ms. Wang and fellow practitioner Ms. Sheng Cuilian went to the neighboring Chenxiang Township in Guangshui City to pass out truth-clarifying materials, and both were arrested. Chenxiang Township Police Station Director Yu Bingrong took them to the Guangshui City Domestic Security Division office. They were soon detained in the Guangshui City First Detention Center. After they went on hunger strike to protest the illegal arrest, they were released when their lives were in danger.
Wuhou District Court in Chengdu City Holds Illegal Trial of Nine Falun Dafa Practitioners and Two of Their Relatives
(Clearwisdom.net) On the morning of September 27, 2008, Wuhou District Court in Chengdu City convened an illegal session against nine practitioners including Zhong Fangqiong, Mao Kun, Liu Bangcheng, Jiang Zonglin, Liu Jia, Zhu Renbin, Ding Zeyang, Jiang Hongyuan, and Chen Shikun and two of their family members. The initial notice to lawyers indicated a public session. However, the court did not allow any of the practitioners' relatives to attend the hearing. The excuse was that they did not have hearing certificates, but the court did not issue hearing certificates in advance at all, and in any case did not notify the relatives.
