(Clearwisdom.net) My name is Pan Yu. I started practicing Falun Gong in 1996. The Chinese Communist Party (CCP) started persecuting Falun Gong on July 20, 1999. At the end of 1999, when I went back to China to appeal for justice for Falun Gong, I was detained in the Shenyang Longshan Forced Labor Camp for half a year. Though I am now an American resident, the CCP still constantly harasses my family in China in an attempt to threaten me.
In the past several months, two spies from the No. 11 Section of Shenyang City's State Security Bureau regularly harassed my parents, who are both over 70 years old. The officials from my father's original workplace ordered him back twice and interrogated him. They ordered my father to warn me not to participate in Falun Gong activities. They also told me that they will pick me up at the airport if I go back to China.
Prior to the Mid-Autumn Festival, police officials harassed my family again. They brought some fruit to my parents, attempting to win them over. Though I live overseas, the CCP officials are still monitoring and threatening me. In the meantime, they continue to harass my elderly parents. Because the CCP still persecutes Falun Gong, I couldn't get together with my family for the Mid-Autumn Festival or attend to my parents.
I have this message for the CCP spies in the Shenyang City State Security Bureau: Don't help the tyrannical regime and be buried with the CCP. Don't persecute Falun Gong anymore. Break away from the CCP and choose a bright future for yourself and your families.
I am an Australian citizen as well as a legal resident of the US. I call upon Australians and the US government to be concerned about my family's safety, to protest the CCP, and to condemn its evildoings.
