(Clearwisdom.net) When I was reciting the Fa today, I was so moved by Master's teaching. Master says, "It is impossible for everyone to attain the Tao. Even for those who can continue their cultivation practice, it remains to be seen whether you can succeed and if you are determined to practice cultivation. It is impossible for everyone to become a Buddha." (Zhuan Falun)

From looking inward, I find that I have been idle in the state of "practice", rather than cultivation, in all these years since I obtained the Fa. Seemingly, I have been studying the Fa and doing the three things that Master requires, but I have not been diligent. Reciting the Fa, I enlightened to the understanding that cultivators should not only be good people among ordinary people and stay clean in the muddy society, but we also must liberate ourselves from the secular world. We need to truly cultivate ourselves from the surface to the heart so that all of our thoughts harmonize in the Fa. If we can achieve this state, we will not feel disappointed or desperate anymore, and would not be attached to human desires. Only through diligent, genuine cultivation can we be worthy of Master's salvation and fulfill sentient beings' expectations of us.
