(Clearwisdom.net) Auntie Zhao, 70, came to the U.S. from China in 2001. At first, she didn't know what to do. She was an elderly woman and knew only 26 words in English. What could she do even with ambition? Later, with the help of a young fellow Falun Gong practitioner, she went to the airport. Seeing many Chinese travelers coming and going in the airport, she found a job that she could perform in that busy place.

Beginning Falun Dafa Practice After Losing Hope

Ms. Zhao had many diseases before becoming a practitioner, including lung cancer, high blood pressure, coronary heart disease, nephritis, gastric ulcer, gall bladder disease, and colon disease, etc. Whenever her heart began to hurt, it was so painful that she sweat all over, and it didn't stop until she took a pill that she carried with her all the time.

Since Ms. Zhao first began practicing Dafa twelve years ago on August 25, 1997, she has never been sick. This 70 year-old lady is happy and healthy.

The Airport is a Good Place for Clarifying the Truth

In 2001, Ms. Zhao came to live with her daughter in Canada. She once went with a young fellow practitioner to an airport, and noticed that there were ten flights arriving and departing daily from China, and that there were many Chinese people on these flights. Ms. Zhao came up with an idea

that has already enabled her to do truth clarification at the airport for eight years. It used to take her three hours round trip by bus to commute to the airport, but it now takes her only two hours on the light rail. In the morning, she brings a big bag of informational materials to the airport, and on her way home she carries a list of names of people who requested to do the "three withdrawals." The list contains anywhere from a few people to more than twenty each day for quitting the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) and affiliated organizations.

Being a "Volunteer" Along with Clarifying Truth

While Ms. Zhao distributes the Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party and encourages the three withdrawals from the CCP, she offers help to the Chinese travelers, including solving minor problems, so the airport employees treat her as a volunteer.

Due to a delayed flight, an older person visiting his son didn't know how to inform him, and was quite worried, so Auntie Zhao made a long-distance call for him on her own phone, enabling him to talk directly to his son about the transit delay. She also led him to the boarding station. After this elderly man heard the truth about Falun Gong, he withdrew from the CCP, and promised to tell his son about it and ask his son to do the same. Three months later as he was returning to China, he and his son found her at the airport and thanked her for her help. His son signed a request to withdraw from the Chinese Communist Youth League and Chinese Communist Young Pioneers.

One day in 2005, some of China's representatives were on a mission, and about a dozen of them were in the Calgary airport waiting for a transfer, not knowing where they were heading--even though airport workers told them. At this time, one of the personnel (a Hong Kong man) in charge of luggage-check-in said to them while pointing at Auntie Zhao, "She's a volunteer in this airport, it's okay for you guys to follow her." While Auntie Zhao led them to the check-in terminal, she said, "I am a Falun Gong practitioner. Please don't believe the CCP's lies. Falun Dafa is good." Auntie Zhao gave them the Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party, and encouraged them to withdraw from the CCP organizations. Everyone in the group did the "three withdrawals," thanked her again and again, and praised the good service of the airport.

On another occasion, a young Chinese man was taking a transfer plane through Calgary back to China, but was unable to find his check-in station. He was sweating profusely since the departing time of his plane was only twenty minutes away, so Auntie Zhao led him immediately to the international terminal, asking a responsible person there to wait with him for the plane. The young man bowed respectfully to her and said loudly, "Thank you Auntie. Thank you Falun Gong! Falun Dafa is good!"

Events like this happen every day, and Auntie Zhao's "three withdrawals" name lists include people from Germany, Switzerland, and Africa. These swiftly-passing travelers had an opportunity to change their fate by meeting Auntie Zhao in the airport, because they came to understand the truth about Dafa.

CCP Spies--Their Interference and Threats

Auntie Zhao related that while clarifying the facts of Falun Gong at the airport, she has encountered threats and interference from CCP spies. A male stranger once called her name out loud, "Old Ms. Zhao, I've got to get on the plane today, so I don't have time to take care of you. When I come back next time, I'll fix you. You'll see what kind of a hard time you get."

Chinese Consulate personnel come to the airport often, to send-off and greet CCP VIP's. A few consulate officials were once seen calling the airport office while angrily looking at Auntie Zhao, but they weren't able to connect, even after trying two different cell phones.

If It Looks Impossible, It's Possible--Truth Clarification is the All-powerful Key

Clarifying the truth in the airport is not a simple, smooth activity. Pressure from the CCP causes many twists and turns. The most serious one is not being allowed to be there, and being sent to the police station. One of the airport managers said to Auntie Zhao, "The chairman of the board asked me to keep an eye on you."

Due to the fact that the airport belongs to a private corporation, no one is allowed to distribute fliers or materials, including practitioners. Fellow practitioners had different opinions, and some didn't feel that she should distribute truth clarification materials in the airport.

What should she do? Just give up? Thinking about the multitude of Chinese travelers losing the opportunity of understanding the truth about Dafa, Auntie Zhao's heart hurt.

Auntie Zhao thought, "There's nothing wrong with clarifying truth to save people. I can't give it up. When a problem arises, there must be something I didn't do right, for truth clarification is the all-powerful key."

Before Christmas 2007, Auntie Zhao wrote a long letter, saying how she benefited from cultivating Dafa, telling people about the persecution of practitioners in China, explaining why she wants to clarify the truth to Chinese people, advising them to quit the organizations of CCP, how she has been helping Chinese travelers at the airport, etc. She asked fellow practitioners to have the letter translated into English. She gave the letter along with a Christmas card to the airport officials and workers - from the chairman of the board to every level of official, as well as the security guards.

One day when Auntie Zhao went to the airport, the manager came to embrace her and give her a big thumbs up. Even though Auntie Zhao didn't understand what she was saying, her actions and the look of approval on her face told everything. Since then, although the airport hasn't said anything clearly about "permission," the atmosphere obviously seems to be pretty relaxed, and Auntie Zhao has been doing what she does best without any problems.

Valuing Every Minute of the Day

Besides doing truth clarification, Auntie Zhao studies the Fa, practices Falun Gong intensively, and cares about elevating as one whole body.

Auntie Zhao said, "Things are changing now. More and more people are accepting the principles of "Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance" after understanding the truth about Dafa. Many people, after hearing only a few words, express their willingness to do the "three withdrawals" from the CCP. Then they want to learn Falun Gong. Auntie Zhao is currently teaching about eight people, at the airport and where she lives, how to practice Falun Gong.

Some people may be wondering, "Isn't she torturing herself as a 70-year-old lady working so hard every day?" Auntie Zhao replies, "I don't feel like I'm torturing myself. Seeing more and more people quit the CCP and obtaining a bright future, I feel very happy about it and I'm enjoying it. From now on I'll work harder and do more."
