1. [Lanxi City, Zhejiang Province] Ms. Zhou Liqin and Several Other Practitioners Arrested
On September 28, 2009, Ms. Zhou Liqin and several other practitioners were arrested for distributing information material explaining Falun Gong and the persecution. Police officers later arrested her and ransacked her home. Her whereabouts are still unknown.
2. [Li County, Hebei Province] Mr. Wang Pingjun's Home Ransacked
Guo Jianmin and Wang Junchang, heads from the Li County Public Security Bureau, broke into Mr. Wang Pingjun's home, which is located in Donghe Village, Li County, on the afternoon of October 21, 2009. They attempted to arrest Mr. Wang, but he escaped. They ransacked his home, and took away a computer and a copy of the book Zhuan Falun.

3. [Li County, Hebei Province] Ms. Zhao Limei Tortured in a Small Cell
Guo Jianmin, Li County Public Security Bureau head, arrested Ms. Zhao Limei on September 23, 2009. She is detained at the Shijiazhuang Women's Forced Labor Camp. She was recently tortured in a small cell because she did not cooperate with the guards.
4. [Chongqing City] Mr. Xiao Shaogui Persecuted
Mr. Xiao Shaoqui, 67, is from the Yongchuan area of Chongqing City. He was arrested on the afternoon of October 16, 2009, and taken to the Xuanhua Police Station. He was taken to the detention center at nine o'clock in the evening.
5. [Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Xie Xiurong Arrested
Ms. Xie Xiurong was arrested on September 27, 2009, for distributing materials explaining Falun Gong and the persecution. She is now detained at Yaziquan, Harbin City.
6. [Shenyang City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Liu Chi Arrested by Officers from Xinxing Police Station
Ms. Liu Chi, 48, is a practitioner from the Heping area of Shenyang City. She was arrested by officers from the Xinxing Police Station, Heping area, at about 2:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. in the afternoon on October, 22, 2009. The officers confiscated a computer, a printer, several DVDs, and informational materials about Falun Gong. Ms. Liu was taken to the Sujiatun Detention Center in Shenyang City.
7. [Liaoning Province] Ms. Liu Yuying Arrested
Ms. Liu Yuying from the Kaifa area, Dalian City, was arrested by officers from the Haiqing Police Station on October 18, 2009.
8. [Jinan City, Shandong Province] Mr. and Mrs. Liang Shanrong and Ms. Chen Aiguo Arrested
Ms. Liang Shanrong, a physician at the Jinan City Qianfoshan Hospital, along with her husband, were recently arrested. Ms. Chen Aiguo, an employee at the Jinan Earthquake Bureau, was recently arrested.
9. [Zhaoyuan City, Shandong Province] Mr. Yang Wenjie Taken to Brainwashing Center
On October 15, 2009, Mr. Yang Wenjie from Zhaoyuan City, was arrested again by officers from the Zhaoyuan City 610 Office for explaining Falun Gong and the persecution. He is currently held at the Linglong Brainwashing Center in Zhaoyuan City.
10. [Qinghe County, Hebei Province] Mr. Liu Qun Arrested by Officers from Changjiang Police Station
On October 24, 2009, someone reported Mr. Liu Qun, from Qinghe County, to the authorities because he was explaining Falun Gong and the persecution to people. Officers from the Changjiang Police Station subsequently arrested him.

11. [Yanshan County, Hebei Province] Ms. Liu Fengchun Arrested by Officers from Yanshan County Public Security Bureau (supplemental information)
On the afternoon of September 7, 2009, officers from the Yanshan County Public Security Bureau arrested Ms. Liu Fengchun in her home. They also took a computer, a cellphone, and several thousand yuan. She was taken to the Yanshan Detention Center. Ms. Liu went on a hunger strike and the guards force-fed her. She was taken to the Shijiazhuang Forced Labor Camp in early October.
12. [Tianjin City, Hebei Province] Mr. Zhang Wensheng Arrested Again
Mr. Zhang Wensheng, who is in his forties, lives in Bohai Shiyou, Tanggu area, Tianjin City. He was put in a labor camp for three years because he practices Falun Gong. He was severely beaten by labor camp guards. He returned to work in 2003. He was arrested four times in 2006. On October 19, 2009, he was arrested by officers from the Bohai Shiyou Binhai Police Station, and is currently being held at the Tanggu Detention Center.
13. [Shandong Province] Ms. Jiao Xiuyun Arrested
Ms. Jiao Xiuyun, 53, is from Shuitun Road, Beiyuan County, Jinan City. She was arrested on October 18, 2009. Her whereabouts are still unknown.
14. [Weifang City, Shandong Province] Ms. Zhao Huijuan Arrested
Ms. Zhao Huijuan, from Kuiwen District, Weifang City, Shandong Province, was arrested at home on October 21, 2009. The police also ransacked her and her mother's home. Ms. Zhao is now being held at the Weifang Brainwashing Center.
15. [Kaifeng City, Henan Province] Mr. Zhao Ziyi Arrested by Authorities from the 610 Office
Mr. Zhao Ziyi, from Kaifeng City, was arrested near Lutun by authorities from the 610 Office on September 10, 2009. He is being held at the Xuchang Number Three Forced Labor Camp.
16. [Ningxia Region] Mr. Chan Jining Arrested
On the afternoon of October 17, 2009, Mr. Chan Jining was at the Guangming Town Square, Yinchuan City, Ningxia. He was reported and arrested. His whereabouts are still unknown.
17. [Xiangtan City, Hunan Province] Mr. Wang Qingsheng's Persecution Report
Mr. Wang Qingsheng is about fifty-six years old. In March 2001, while he was taking care of his father, he was arrested by the police at his father's home. He was sentenced to nine years in prison. He was transferred from the Changsha Prison to the Chenzhou Prison, and later to the Jin City Prison. He was subjected to all kinds of torture and his left ear was damaged from the beatings.
18. [Yueyang City, Hunan Province] Ms. Peng Xiaohui Tortured
Ms. Peng Xiaohui is about twenty-seven years old. In March 2006, she was arrested by officers from Yueyang City, and was sentenced to seven years in prison. She is currently at the Jin City Prison, where she is being tortured. The guards often order other criminals to beat her.
19. [Liangshan County, Shandong Province] Mr. Jing Zhenhua Arrested and Home Ransacked
At around 9:00 a.m. on October 23, 2009, Mr. Jing Zhenhua, an elementary school teacher from Liu Village, Yangying Town, Liangshang County, was arrested at the school by authorities from the 610 Office. The officers ransacked his home and sent him to the Jinan City Brainwashing Center.

20. [Shuangliu County, Sichuan Province] Mr. Han Yuhua and Ms. Chen Changbi Arrested
On October 18, 2009, Mr. Han Yuhua and Ms. Chen Changbi, from Shuangliu County, were taken to the Xinjin Brainwashing Center. They were arrested in Xinjin for distributing flyers to help rescue Shuangliu practitioners, who are held at the Xinjin Brainwashing Center.
Police officers ransacked Mr. Han's home and took a computer, printer, copy machine, DVDs, and Falun Gong books.
21. [Shishou City, Hubei Province] Ms. Liu Qiong Taken to Wuhan Women's Prison
Ms. Liu Qiong is in her forties and lives in Xinchang Town, Shishou City. On February 21, 2009, she was arrested in the mountain village of Huangmu, Dawan Town, for distributing materials that explained Falun Gong and the persecution. Officials from the local 610 Office, residential committee, and town government conspired with the court to impose charges on her. She was sentenced to two years in prison. On September 17, Ms. Liu was transferred from the Shoushi Detention Center to the Wuhan Women's Jail, area number 4, section 3.
22. [Shenyang City, Liaoning Province] Mr. Luo Guolong Arrested
Mr. Luo Guolong from Shengbeixin District was arrested and his home ransacked by officers from the Xinglongtai Police Station.
23. [Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province] Mr. Wang Haijiang and Ms. Liu Wei Arrested
Mr. Wang Haijiang was arrested on October 14, 2009. His whereabouts are still unknown. His relative, Ms. Liu Wei, was arrested on October 15, 2009 by officers from the Political Security Section. She was taken to the Xiangfang District Detention Center and is now on a hunger strike.

24. [Linqu County, Shandong Province] Mr. Lu Hongyue Sent to Forced Labor Camp Again
On September 25, 2009, Mr. Lu Hongyue of Linqu County was arrested by officers from Linqu County. They also ransacked his home and took a computer. Mr. Lu was held at the Linqu Detention Center, and transferred to the Shandong Second Forced Labor Camp two weeks later.
25. [Baofeng County, Henan Province] Mr. Huang Xinyi and His Wife Arrested (supplemental information)
On October 9, 2009, Mr. Huang Xinyi (almost seventy years old) and his wife Ms. Ren Dani, were explaining Falun Gong at Zhaoguayingcun, Baofeng Shangjiuwuxiang. Someone reported them, and they were arrested by officers from the Shangjiuwu Police Station. They were later taken to the county Public Security Bureau by He Junfeng and Zhao Zhongxia, from the State Security Brigade. The authorities ransacked their home and confiscated Falun Gong books and related information materials. Mr. Huang Xinyi is being held at the Pingdingshanxixie Detention Center, and Ms. Ren Dani is beingheld at the Ruzhou Detention Center.
