(Clearwisdom.net) (By a correspondent in Liaoning Province) Ms. Tian Shaoyan is a Falun Dafa practitioner in Suizhong County, Huludao City. She has been arrested and imprisoned several times due to her belief in the practice. On May 6, 2008, Ms. Tian was arrested by the Domestic Security Division of Suizhong County, and sent to Masanjia Forced Labor Camp on May 27.

At Masanjia Forced Labor Camp she has been tortured and is now unable to stand up or walk by herself. She is unable to hold things in her hands, has no facial expressions, has lost several teeth, is unable to talk or recognize her own daughter, and is not mentally healthy. She is unable to feed herself and has lost a lot of weight; she cannot take care of herself.

Ms. Tian Shaoyan had been persecuted several times before being sent to Masanjia in 2008. From September 1999 to June 2000, she was detained at the Suizhong County Detention Center, where the deputy director, Ji Shuxun, shocked her with electric batons, and the warden, Zhang Wenzhong, poured ice water on her and other practitioners while keeping the windows open in winter.

In September 2000 in the Masanjia Labor Camp, warden Huang Haiyan beat Ms. Tian until her mouth bled, then shocked her with electric batons on her hands, feet, neck, and chest. Along with the beatings and kicking, she pulled out Ms. Tian's hair. Ms. Tian was forced to crouch and stand for long periods of time to go through the so-called "forceful transformation." In December 2002, Huang Haiyan manipulated others to lock her in a bathroom to deprive her of sleep. Ms. Tian was also forced to carry a heavy workload for long periods of time in the camp, which caused severe pain to her lower back, legs, and chest. She had a hard time breathing and could not walk or sleep well in April 2003.

Ms. Tian Shaoyan is currently imprisoned and being persecuted at the Masanjia Forced Labor Camp; she is unable to perform daily tasks.
