1. [Changchun City, Jilin Province] Ms. Chen Meiqiu Detained Again

Several years ago, Ms. Chen Meiqiu, 48, was taken to the Heizuizi Women's Forced Labor Camp for a sentence of two years and two months. She in a detention center located in Sheling Town. Her elderly mother, in her eighties, needs her daughter's care.

2. [Yanji City, Jilin Province] Mr. Li Longji Still Detained

On September 15, 2009, Yanji City Domestic Security agents arrested Mr. Piao Guangzhu (42 years old), Mr. Li Longji (34), and Mr. Jin Minghao (40) and detained them in the Yanji City Detention Center. There were 20 officers that beat them in three groups. Mr. Piao and Mr. Jin have been released, but Mr. Li Longji is still detained. The detention center refused to allow his family to send him clothes, and he does not have any warm clothes.

Ms. Yang Shuhong of Bajiazi Town, Helong City has been detained in the Heizuizi Labor Camp for 18 months. She should have been released on November 7, 2009. The camp authorities extended her term by one month. Her two school-aged children are eager to see her return home.

Mr. Li Desheng, 40, drives a tricycle taxi. He has been sentenced to forced labor due to his practice of Falun Gong before. He was arrested again on the evening of October 25, 2009. After his arrest, the police went to his house twice to ransack his home. Two practitioners that live near his home were harassed.

6. [Beijing] Ms. Xu Ke Sentenced to Two Years of Forced Labor and Taken to Tiantanghe Women's Forced Labor Camp in Daxing District

Ms. Tang Zhongzhen lives in Datangzhuang Township, Baodi District. On September 4, 2009, she was arrested while passing out truth-clarifying materials in Xiaoliupo Village, Dabaizhuang Township, Baodi District. They first detained her in the Baodi District Detention Center, then sentenced her to one year of forced labor. Ms. Tang has been taken to the Dagang Labor Camp.

8. [Changyi City, Shandong Province] Ms. Dong Ruixia Forced to Become Homeless

Ms. Dong Ruixia, 62, lives in Cangjie Village, Changyi City. At 8:00 a.m. on September 19, 2009, officer Xu Yanxi from the Weizi Police Station led a group to ransack her home. They took many photos and also went to her son's home, pounding on the door violently. In order to avoid being arrested, Ms. Dong has not returned home.

9. [Zhucheng City, Shandong Province] Ms. Qiu Jiaxiu Detained Again

Ms. Qiu Jiaxiu, 47, lives in Qiujiazhuang Village, Longdu Community, Zhucheng City. She was sentenced to one year of forced labor in July 2008, and she had just returned home in July 2009. On November 5, 2009, the police arrested and detained her in the Zhucheng City Detention Center.

Another practitioner Ms. Wang (given name unknown) lives in Tieshui Village, Mizhou Community, Zhucheng City. The police ransacked her home and arrested her on November 1, 2009 and detained her in the Zhucheng City Detention Center.

Six Falun Dafa practitioners were put on trial on November 6, 2009. Ms. Xian Fengju, nearly 70, hoped to see her fellow practitioners in front of the City Courthouse, but she was arrested by domestic security agents.

13. [Zhenjiang City, Jiangsu Province] Ms. Tang Meimei Arrested from Home

Ms. Tang Meimei, in her sixties, was arrested from home at 8:00 p.m. on November 3, 2009. The police ransacked her home and detained her in the Zhenjiang City Detention Center. The police spread rumors that if her family paid more than 30,000 yuan, then they can consider releasing her.

14. [Wuhan City, Hubei Province] Ms. Yang Yumei Tortured in Brainwashing Center

Ms. Yang Yumei lives in Lonan Street, Hongshan District, Wuhan City. She has been held in the Provincial Brainwashing Center for over 40 days, where guards and collaborators beat her and shocked her with electric batons every day.

15. [Chifeng City, Inner-Mongolia Autonomous Region] Ms. Li Yufang and Ms. Wang Xiaoyan Arrested Recently

On November 5, 2009, Mr. Xu Genpei and Ms. Yu Qingzhen went out to clarify the truth in the Huayan Area, Jiulongpo District. The police arrested them and ransacked Ms. Yu's home.

17. [Chifeng City, Inner-Mongolia Autonomous Region] Information about the Persecution of Ms. Zhao Guilian

Ms. Zhao Guilian, 67, was arrested in March 2000 while going to Beijing to clarify the truth. She was brutally beaten by officers from the Songshan District Police Station and Domestic Security agents. Later, she was sentenced to one year of forced labor.

At 10:00 p.m. on July 20, 2008, 21 officers were pounding on her door, but Ms. Zhao and her husband refused to open the door. By midnight, the police released poisonous gas, broke their window, and arrested the older couple. They first tried to have them detained in the Damiao Detention Center, but the Center refused to accept them. Later, the couple were detained in the Songshan District Detention Center. Ms. Zhao's husband was released in ten days, but Ms. Zhao was taken to the Hohhot City Women's Forced Labor Camp some time in August or September 2008.

In 2009, Ms. Zhao was transferred from the Third Ward to the Second Ward, notorious for brutal mistreatment of Falun Gong practitioners. Recently, the Second Ward locked practitioners in solitary confinement to try to force them to renounce Dafa.

18. [Loudi City, Hunan Province] A Number of Practitioners Arrested; Many, Including Mr. Liang Keming, Still Detained

At 8:00 p.m. on June 25, 2009, officers from the Louxing District Police Department deceived Mr. Liang Keming, a taxi driver, into going to the Police Department. They arrested him and detained him in the Loudi City Detention Center.

At around 10:00 p.m. on July 15, 2009, the police stormed into a number of practitioners' homes and ransacked their homes. They arrested Ms. Jiang Mogui and her husband (both in their seventies), Ms. Li Yuxia (in her sixties), Mr. Cao Gongxun (in his fifties), Mr. Ouyang Zhong (in his forties), Mr. Liu Xinping, and Mr. Zhou Qingfeng (both in their thirties). The first three practitioners were released, but the remaining four are still detained in the Loudi City Detention Center. Mr. Liang Keming was placed on trial on October 13, 2009.

On August 25, 2009, police officers deceived Mr. He Jinlin, a motor-taxi driver into going to an isolated area and arrested him. He has been detained in the Loudi City Detention Center ever since.

19. [Wuhan City, Hubei Province] Ms. Hu Yaping Still Detained in Etouwan Brainwashing Center

Ms. Zeng is an elderly Falun Gong practitioner. On November 5, 2009, Chen Qi, the Xichang City 610 Vice Chair and several Domestic Security agents ransacked Ms. Zeng's home.

21. [Dalian City, Liaoning Province] Unlawful Trials in the Middle Court

At around 10:00 a.m. on February 28, 2009, police from Zhangzidao Town, Changhai County arrested Ms. Zheng Lanqin and Mr. Chen Shenglong and his wife Ms. Zou Shuhua. The police took them into custody in the town police station, and ransacked both homes. They took property valued at more than 10,000 yuan from Mr. Chen's home, including their son's school-use computer and their home appliances. These three practitioners were detained in the Dachangshandao Town Detention Center. Mr. Chen's 16-year-old son was left home alone.

On the morning of October 21, 2009, the Dalian Middle Court held trials against Mr. Chen Shenglong and his wife Ms. Zou Shuhua.
