Falun Gong practitioner Huang Feng works for the National Land Bureau in Guangdong Province. He was illegally arrested by a security guard when he exchanged Falun Gong materials with another practitioner on July 19, 2009. Mr. Huang was sent to the Yuexiu District detention center. On August 3, 15 days into his detention, Mr. Huang transferred to a brainwashing session in Sanshui District, Foshan City, Guangdong Province. This transfer was requested by Lai Jianping, an official from National Land Bureau.

Mr. Huang's parents heard about his detention and came to Guangzhou from another town, but they are not allowed to see Mr. Huang. Mr. Huang's parents are so worried that they can not eat or sleep. They are enduring intense agony and pressure. Mr. Huang also has a less-than-six-month-old baby.

There are four or five labor camps in Sanshui District, Foshan City, Guangdong Province. Many Falun Gong practitioners arrested in Guangdong Province are detained here. Sanshui Brainwashing Center was set up in June 2003, and it was called the "legal educational center of Guangdong Province." It is actually a criminal organization that tramples the law, injures the detainees, and persecutes Falun Gong practitioners. Illegally arrested Falun Gong practitioners in Guangdong are immediately transferred to these labor camps, secretly detained there without due process.
